Good price, good cover.

Setting up the insurance was simple and all info on the policy is explained well. Cost was very good and excess is only 50. I haven't made a claim so unable to review that but satisfied so far

still havnt been able to make a claim
was told to get proof of usage
got that it didn't have address on from carphone warehouse
now had to wait for them to change my address 5 days and send new proof of usage out 2-3 weeks without a mobile

Have just got ins wait to see how good they r hope i dont have to find out

Website easy to use good price for cover on mobile. Hope if I ever have to Claim it's as easy.

Better Buy Insurance was so easy to insure my phone (Samsung galaxy S8) as I didn't have insurance yet and this was the best deal for me on the market out of all the insurance companies. I am so pleased with my insurance and it has given me peace of mind, knowing if ever anything were to happen (which I hope doesn't mind you) that my lifeline is covered. The only thing is I've been waiting on my first premium to come out of my bank account, which I thought was due yesterday but now I'm not sure what date it is! I would like to know when it is so that that's me up and running with the best and cheapest deal on the market. I would recommend this company to everyone. Elizabeth McFadyen, Greenock, Scotland.

Haven’t had and confirmation of my applications and it’s been several days.
This is unacceptable and should have been confirmed within 24 hours.
If they are useless with their sales what are they like with claimes?

I am never usually one to write reviews but was certain I would write one after receiving such outstanding service from better buy insurance. Fantastic, friendly call centre staff who were extremely helpful and efficient. My broken phone was sent, fixed and returned to me within 4 days. I am very impressed with this insurance company and cannot recommend highly enough.

I was provided an address to contact to stop auto-renewal (and payment) of the policy; when I emailed, the CSR claimed to be unable to find any trace of my policy (even after having been provided with the policy number), and has since stopped replying to my emails. Despite £70+ having been taken from my account, I have absolutely no faith whatsoever that this company will honour the agreement made.

EDIT: the problem has still not been resolved, nearly a month later

This policy through Better Buy Insurance appears to cover all eventualities that could befall a mobile phone. I hope I never have cause to claim on this insurance but hope that should the need arise, Better Buy will be there for me
