Didn't receive an confirmation email.
Everything was easy enough to set up and was the cheapest on the market for phone insurance. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email when I purchased the phone insurance even though it said I would. I've tried emailing them about this but I've had nothing back so slightly disappointing on that front. That being said, if your wanting to cover your phone with no great expense then this is probably the best company to go with.
Update: Still haven't received the email. Does anyone know the email address to email them?

I CANCELLED my policy straight away.
BetterBuy insurance from recommendation’s of comparison website. I wasn't able to claim because I had a small nick on my phone which had no effect on my phones performance and the reason why I was claiming. I CANCELLED my policy straight away.

One of the biggest mistakes I made was choseing betterbuy
Was told I couldn’t claim on a brand new s9+ as I was waiting for a SIM card from my network provider. Shocking, was I ment to just not insure it? The phone was used for 5 days but as my sim hadn’t arrived that was it. 40 mins on hold for that. Will never use again and would never advise anyone to use this service.
