This site is not a scam in the usual sense, but in my personal opinion, they do engage in false advertising. They are not clear about which items they do or do not ship to your location.

I was ready to place an order — which was a big step for me — credit card in hand, prepared to spend what I consider a large amount of money. And then, bam! I couldn’t complete the order. The message said:

“The product in your cart is not available for delivery to your location.”

I felt somewhat cheated, especially because now I can only buy the same doll for twice the price — and they probably will ship it. I feel discriminated against in a sense, as I have to pay more simply because I live abroad. If it were just the extra shipping costs, I wouldn’t mind. But apparently, I’m not even allowed to purchase the item for the same price as an American customer, and that, to me, feels like discrimination.

I give this site one star because they were not clear about this issue until the very last step of the checkout process. I feel discouraged and, to be honest, bamboozled.

I hope they will be more transparent in the future, because I truly had my eyes set on this item. Now I’m forced to look elsewhere for a similar deal.

If the company is reading this, I’m still willing to place the order for the same price of €947 EUR. But if not, my opinion of this company will remain very negative, and I won’t change my mind about calling them false advertisers.

The only thing seem mot right os when IT ask for doll stock on Canada. Si this the thruth ,??? Not sure

Great doll but very fragile I snapped two fingers already.

US in stock better be ready to wait at least 2 weeks at the earliest. I am assuming fed ex is that slow. I should of made a customized order to still be waiting.

I was amazed at how realistic and the softness the Doll is and if they have it in stock the delivery is really fast. The site might also be one of, if not the cheapest I found. I did search a little to find a reliable site and I found it here.

Had a great experience with better love doll. David was very responsive and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Better love doll has a policy for older / veterans/ etc. I made reference to the program after I ordered my fusion doll and David was very responsive and discounted my current purchase. Unfortunately I travel for work and won't see my new girl until the end of October. I will redirect all my purchases to this site.

David was the best! Even though there were issues with the doll vendor, David was there to ensure good communication and to ensure my satisfaction.

I ordered 2 dolls from this page and not only the support helped me and have been nice, they also recommended me to not put some "extras" as they could lean for more problems in the future, they also recommended me a forum for people who owns dolls, definitely a good experience :D

I have not received the doll yet but the ordering process was easy and streamlined. Great communication from customer service.

David is fantastic, delivery is always prompt, packaging is always well done. Great service!!!

Amazing customer service

Good experience with David.
First he refunded my money when the doll was not as it should have been. After the next purchase he explained the production and delivery process. Even though everything was delayed, he explained what happened (at the factory, out of his control).
It's good to have a seller you can trust.

The Seller “David” is quick to respond to any general questions on the doll I heavily invested in, and showed me the clear pictures of the doll that was the finishing touches. To be quite honest, he is straightforward with the answer & always asked If I was happy with the outcome.

Honestly the best seller ever. I would recommend.

Easy communication, fast delivery

I’ve been through several vendors over the years- some of them never respond to inquiries, and others care more about their relationships with their manufacturers than they do their customers, and some just don’t have a wide selection of products. BetterLoveDoll has an excellent selection of dolls, an easily navigable website, and their customer service is exemplary.
I have never been unsatisfied with the service given to me by their team, and especially David.

It can be difficult to judge a website or company by reviews alone, as everybody has their own perspective and experiences. My experience has only ever been good. I don’t think I will ever go through another vendor as long as I am in the market for products like these.
