i have ordered my 2nd doll from BLD (David) now and have to say that there are NO complications, he is very friendly and responds to every question!

All extra wishes for orders were done with no mistake, other vendors dont even read the notes from the customer order.

He also knew exactly how much time will be needed for transport (no bullshit talk). The prices are also good compared to others.

If you want to order a lovedoll visit David from BLD i strongly recommend him :)

Customer Service was very prompt in replying to any questions and problems I had with my purchase. Issued me a refund after I made a regretful purchase without any issues. Purchased the doll I decided upon promptly after refund. Looking forward for it's arrival. Would recommend for any first time buyers.

Shipping and delivery were fast, only complications was that head was sent separately and with different carrier than the body. Overall I think the Irontech silicone doll is of good quality, but the synthetic hair wig is awful. Not only that it falls off, the hair is constantly sticking to silicone parts and leaves a mess everywhere. I would suggest implanted hair option, especially with real human hair.

I didn't end up liking the product but working with David and the team was an excellent experience, they were able to process my refund promptly and I will be making my next purchase with them

As a recent sexdoll lover, i was looking for a custom quality doll.
1st thing i really like with Betterlovedoll website was the large choice of quality doll brand, the price(lowest on the doll market i think with great custom options).
I chose a Starperi doll, and wasn't disapointed by the customer service. David made everything clear about the whole process from ordering a custom doll to delivery. He kept me update when my doll was ready by sending me factory pics.
My Starperi doll got deliver yesterday, she's amazing!

Right from the start the communication with David was excellent. Not just before purchase but throughout the process. He answered all of my questions promptly and was honest about delivery times which proved to be accurate. He sent photos and videos of my purchase and awaited approval before shipping. On arrival I was impressed with the quality and detail and the item was exactly as described throughout the process. My first doll was made to custom order and received in perfect condition. My USA in stock doll that was ordered was received within a few days and was also in perfect condition when I received it. It dosnt have a head and the brests don't feel real at all.

Title says it all. This was my 3rd purchase. All the ladies are beautiful. No problem with ordering aside from deciding which lady to choose.David has been super helpful answering questions via text. I wish more companies were as great at what they do as Betterlovedoll is.

I had been looking into purchasing a companion for a long time now, and finally I decided to purchase one. I was very skeptical on the quality due to how often pictures do not reflect the actual product. I must say I was pleasantly surprised with how good she came out. Far better in person than even the pictures provided to me during production. 10/10.

If you've read any of the prior reviews you'll see David mentioned alot, how good he is, communication is spot on, and I'm here to say they're telling the truth. David really, and I mean REALLY, went out of his way for me. There were some shipping issues that delayed my purchase by 2 weeks, David was very thorough in explaining what was going on and what he was GOING to do about it. He did what he said he would and within just a few days my doll made it to me. Thank you David, you really helped out a lot.

Make sure you are prepared to wait for the process, it takes about a month roughly for them to start and finish the order, then another few days to get shipping in line. Custom orders, like I had, are not made and shipped in a weeks time, so be mindful of when you purchase, and when you should expect to receive your doll.

My only real complaint is over the finger nails but it's common for them to pop off with relative ease, this doesn't bother me very much, but never the less, that's the main issue I have.

10/10 Would recommend.

Look very real, David knows what he is doing it’s not a scam at all! They take the time that’s needed to make sure it’s not made sloppy, not a complain I could even think of. Great creators!
