The parcel arrived intact. Everything was well wrapped so protected. Really lovely things inside.

Disappointed

Felt that this months package was a bit light on supplies and things to do. Not sure it was worth £24.99.

I am still awaiting a reply to my last…

I am still awaiting a reply to my last email. Product was cheap and there is no way I would give this as a present. I am awaiting a label to return it to you and a full refund.

The journaling set arrived...... LOL

The journaling set arrived, i had to laugh, a throw away biro, 3 markers , 2 small notebooks and a few paper clips, about £5 in a stationary shop or amazon.
You can apparently return this if you want....... to Italy :)

Anyway i had already decided to cancel, i could not get into the subscription section of my account page, and they had a hap hazard way of charging that i didnt like, the joke in the box just confirmed my feelings.

Cheap tat

Rubbish stuff arrives, nowhere near the value that you pay. It's just pound land garbage. Customer service doesn't read your messages before replying and the website doesn't work properly. Can't cancel my subscription because it's not showing that I have one.

Brilliant content

Brilliant content, loved all the things inside including the booklet to help! Little bit of a delay getting my package but was beautifully packed .

Complete Rip Off

I bought a Journaling subscription box from them, and was really looking forward to receiving my first box. Disappointed was an understatement, all I got was a small exercise book a nightmare to write in as its 9cm wide and 16.5cm long, (certainly not going to last a month) a really cheap tacky pen. 6 clam clips and a washi tape which is a horrid brown colour, and a cover for the notebook, all of which I could have purchase on amazon for less than £10. Considering how much I paid for this box I was expecting way more.
Cancelling my subscription, but doesn't seem to want to online, not easy like they claim.
