Italian language not English

Hi I had this subscription ordered as a birthday present my birthday was the 9th September i received this on the 8th so delivery was very good. However once opening this subscription was in Italian so I sent an email and my enquiry was dealt with and said another subscription would be sent out I then recieved it yesterday and again it was in Italian I really hope any future monthly box is going to be in English

I have never even received my first…

I have never even received my first package. It seems that Parcel force as twice failed to deliver the goods even when I gave them a date to deliver to me. And the goods were returned to Italy. I no longer wish to be subscribed to Betterly.

Excellent

Excellent. 12 boxes with 2 LPs each. One per month.
The Blues albums are the same as the Italian DeAgostini releases from a few years ago, with an LP sized booklet. Great price and fast delivery.

Totally a rip off for what's in the box. For the price I would at least expect a full deck of tarot cards. Canceling my subscription asap

I have subscribed for 4 months now and…

I have subscribed for 4 months now and the only box to turn up on time was the first box since then I've had to send at least 10 emails to fund put what's happened to my other boxes only to be given multiple reasons why its late or they ignore my emails. The second box turned up one day before next payment for next box. This time my third box is nowhere to be seen I've been told royal mail have it when it wasnt even royal mail that delivered the last box. Complete running around. Oh and the boxes only have 4 quartz Crystal's and a random polished stone. No where near the price your paying. You can but them for a few pounds where as there asking 37 pounds. I'm cancelling and I DON NOT RECOMMEND THIS SITE WHAT SO EVER. STEER CLEAR

Journalling Box

Hi there,

The concept of the Journalling boxes sound really good however I feel the amount charged per box is very expensive £24 for what you actually get. Also the d’agostiniis based in Southampton England yet you ship from Italy- trying to cancel is confusing and it would be helpful to be able to cancel at anytime. The concept is good however subsequent boxes are expensive for what you actually get.

They send the same items

They send the same items and projects in the boxes. It takes them a week to answer a customer request about it (even though it is written that they do it in 1 day). And the answer is - "the items are same because THE PROJECT IS CONTINUING from last time". But it is not! It is exactly the same project, no new info!

I was very disgusted and very unhappy…

I was very disgusted and very unhappy with the contents of my parcel and the price I paid for it there was hardly anything in the box for a start and what was init was just cheap tacky stuff
