The concern I came in with was over looked. I had to call back several times to switch medication and was given an attitude. I finally ended up with the correct meds AFTER Lab Corp sent me my results. The diagnosis ended being what i asked to be treated for in the first place. All of this resulted in additional time i had to be on meds. I will not be back to this location. You all need better staff!

Everything was great, and the doctor was very good with my terrified toddler. We enjoy coming to this location only.

The staff there greeted me and didn't keep waiting. A rather refreshing experience given all that has been going on. I commend the entire team!

Suspected UTI. Rapid intake and not long waiting to be seen and diagnosed. Got prescription and released. Got a phone call a few days later saying needed a new prescription to treat condition after receiving analysis of urine sample.Really appreciated followup phone call.

I was in big trouble my covid tis had expired by 3 hours as is needed to be 72 hours before flying exactly so I scheduled on the phone heading home to fxbg from Reagan airport and they accommodated me at 7:20 pm had my test the next day int he afternoon and I was able to fly to my grandmas funeral.

The nurse practitioner who saw me for a sinus infection was fine, but I told her if the antibiotic she prescribed didn't work, could I call and get a new antibiotic prescribed. I said this to her around 3 times, at least, and she said yes, you can call. So the office, and how this BetterMed in Fredericksburg on Plan Road operates, is what is getting the one-star. The meds didn't work, and I was suffering worse than when I started, but it was impossible to speak to anyone at the office. They either didn't answer the phone, or when I got a message through to them through a main office for BetterMed, they never called me. I was ignored, and this is my health we are talking about. I do not therefore consider them a viable place to go when you are sick. Find somewhere else.

This location is grand.! There’s a great staff and a lot of welcoming personalities. My experience was very smooth and positive. I would recommend this practice.!

I went to BetterMed for Covid testing required for international travel: The Covid testing and the report were fine. However, they also charged for some sort of "examination" - which meant there was an unexpected co-pay. All I needed was the Covid test, and the only "examination" they did was check blood pressure and temperature and listen to my lungs (which were completely unnecessary, but which I assumed were part of the Covid testing process). All I needed was the Covid test, so there was no need for anything else and if they were going to charge for an "examination" they should have let me know that ahead of time. It is a "scheme" to get more from the insurance company and the customer, and I would recommend going elsewhere for Covid testing - somewhere that does not "pad" their services. Other places do not charge anything for Covid testing beyond what insurance will cover.

I scheduled online a same day COVID PCR test for my daughter, was in the office for 10 minutes, and had the results that evening. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was so impressed and appreciative!
