Impeccable customer service. For someone who isn’t tech savvy what so ever, they gave me easy, step by step instructions to set my sons watch up. Highly recommend !!!

I made a mistake while registering the device. There were instructions on the website to fix it. However, I didn't want to take a chance. Astral communicated with me suo moto as the plan remained unactivated. He helped fix it - was with me from start to finish- and sought confirmation that everything was working. This is an example of awesome customer service. I would highly recommend the product/ service.

BetterRoaming is the only service provider in Australia that allows parents to set up an Apple Watch for a child without them requiring a mobile phone. More parents need to know this! Set up with BetterRoaming was quick, easy and instant - all done in a few minutes on Christmas Day! We live in a rural area and coverage is comparable to the ‘big’ phone companies. At only $99 for 12 months, we HIGHLY recommend other Australian parents use BetterRoaming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was very surprised when BetterRoaming contacted ME! They could see I was having issues installing a new plan on my child's watch. The person I was emailing was very helpful and informative. I cannot fault their customer service.

Astral was brilliant he made sure to contact me within my preferred timeframes. Trouble shooting the issues, which were figured out to be mine by entering incorrect numbers. Regardless of fault he made sure that I finished the phone call with a set up watch data connection while also ensuring I only finished with one singular service.

In all my life, I’ve never had such a proactive support from a tech company. Astral contacted me to ask if I needed assistance as he noted I had not yet installed my Better Roaming plan after a week of purchasing. Indeed I did need help, and Astral rang promptly to patiently and clearly explain the issue and walk me through it. The issue was fixed and he made several follow ups to make sure was all ok.
I am still in disbelief a telco would make such attempts to support such a small user with onboarding. Thanks Astral for the incredible initiative and patience.
