Renewed my policy today
Renewed my policy today. This year, I unfortunately had to make a claim when our hire car was damaged whilst parked. I took photos, reported to the local police and got their report. I paid the car hire company for the damage and received an invoice and a receipt, all submitted to Bettersafe on my return. The claim was settled within a few days.

Got a price of around £9 for a days insurance on a well known comparison website. When I clicked through to purchase I had to enter all my details again and the price had risen to £11. Not a great customer journey.
