Hi James, I replied to your email inquiry on 11.30 to inform you that your order had been delivered 2 days prior, on 11/28, nearly 7 days ago.
I also sent you the USPS tracking that shows it having been delivered: "Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 2:23 pm on November 28, 2025 in ASHTABULA, OH 44004."
I'm not sure why you re leaving a 1-star review here when you haven't even responded to my email about your delivery, or why you haven't checked your tracking link, but it's really not fair.
If for some reason you didn't actually take possession of the package, you need to reply to my email so we can try and track it down. You can also check directly with your USPS carrier or local postal station about the delivery.
I hope you will update this review fairly.
