Great product, fast delivery

I wrote BetterSafeRadio with a number of questions about various radio options and configurations. I was truly surprised at the depth and thoughtfulness of his answers. Most customer service these days is somewhere between poor and non-existent. Mark's responsive attentiveness was a welcome and dramatic exception. There are alot of cheap radios out there that you can buy but if your serious about the hobby your going to have to pay a little more for better quality, the good one are superheterodyne and you can get those at bettersaferadio.com for a reasonable price

Great radio great service

The entire experience was great! I love that BSR is very fast in responding to emails. The web site is very easy to work with, no constant adds, or out dated content.
Mark knows his stuff and is very professional. The product came earlier than expected. If I could give 10 star's would.
