This is a top-notch company that excels in customer service. Very honest and kept me up to date while my order was backordered due to high demand. I was provided several options if I was in a hurry etc., but I opted to wait and was happy I did. We will continue to use BetterSafeRadio and refer our customers to them.

Better Safe Radio Excellent Choice

Just passed my technician exam and after hours of looking at different hand held radios my choice was the Wouxun KG-UV9PX. That lead me to Better Safe Radio for my purchase. Had absolutely no issues and would recommend Better Safe Radio to anyone who is looking to get into Ham radio. Pre programmed is a nice touch for the price and greatly appreciated. Keep up the great work and long live Ham radio.
