I ordered a swimsuit from them in June… it is now December and haven’t received anything. I have dozens of emails asking for my money back and they won’t do anything about it. They STOLE over $100 from me this is ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

I have been waiting 3 weeks for a shipping label and finally someone emailed me back and said " We're more than happy to assist you with the return, however, the cost of the return is expensive so we'd like to offer you a 50% refund of the price for the item you wish to return or a 50% store credit and you can use the items and you have as a gift to someone special during a special occasion or holiday season. This will save you from the hassle of returning the items received.
If this option does not work for you, we can move forward with the return process and provide you with the return instructions. Please let us know what works best for you, and we'll make it happen"

I have been in contact, via email, to a Katrina, who has reassured me (🙄) that it is definitely on the way, it had been delivered to the wrong address !but is definitely going to get to me now…
I have asked for a refund three times.
I have just advised I will take legal action if not refunded immediately.

I am an idiot. I did not do my due diligence before placing an order. They kept my suit and they kept my money. There are a couple of cases opened at the BBB to which they never responded and apparently, they have been known to sell your information to the dark web, there's comments on their social channels warning people. They don't respond to emails either. I'm not sure how this company is staying afloat, oh wait, from jerks like me.
The company is owned by Ardoura LLC. You do not need to have an account to report a merchant, although shopify doesn't make it obvious, I ended up creating a chat and that's where this information came from.
The warehouse where they ship from is based out of Oregon, however, they are operating from overseas. It says the CEO's of this company are Antonio Antonov Genov and Anna Borisova Filcheva (if those are their real names).
If you have been scammed by this company (this is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this), report them to the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission.

SCAMMERS! They say that they have an easy return process, but they do NOT! I bought something on July 20th. I didn't receive the item until Aug 17th (almost a MONTH later). I went back and forth with them, trying to get an address to return the items for over 10 days, finally got an address on to send it to on Aug 25th which was to some place in BULGARIA. When to USPS on Aug 27th (paid OUT OF POCKET to return the items) and when I was there they couldn't really find the address but I got a tracking. It is now Sept 24th and it is still in "International Transit". I'm guessing it will never get there because they gave me a sham address because this is a scam company. Don't get anything from them. I luckily paid for everything through AMEX so they are dealing with the case so this company is screwed anyways... but don't waste your money.
Buyer Beware!! Horrible Customer Service and fed ex delivery!!
If I could give this less than one star, I would. Their carrier Fed ex did not follow delivery instruction and because of that, someone stole it. When I contacted customer service they said to take it up with Fed ex! I spent $190 and no suit. If it was $30 then whatever but the any other good reputable company would send a replacement and take it up with Fed ex themselves since they chose them to deliver to their paying customers. Beware if this company. They have bad reviews other places too.
Impossible returns. Don’t waste your money.
The tan-through suit is a strange material that does not have any give to it along the seams. Therefore the sizing/fit is quite odd. I didn't realize they are based overseas, and I’m still trying to return my order from 3 months ago. They said they would print a return label for 20$ and refund the rest, but the label they recently sent me had errors on it so now it’s back to the drawing board with customer service. I’d be surprised if I’ll ever see my $100 again. Super frustrating experience, shop elsewhere.

This is the worst company I’ve ever ordered from. I placed an order on June 31st for a suit that costs almost $100. On the website it says it takes around a week to ship. I receive nothing - so July 21 I email asking about my order. No response so I email again. Finally someone gets back to me in early August - “your item was preorder.” Nowhere on the listing did it say preorder, I check again and the listing is still up with no preorder. I mention that I’d like to either switch to a color that is available or cancel on August 4. Four days later they respond saying my order is processing so it cannot be swapped. It’s been over a month and there is still no tracking number on the 8th . So I reply immediately saying I’d like to cancel the order for a full refund as now there’s no use for a bikini as the summer is almost over. I also mention that I do not want the suit they haven’t sent me, as I know they charge you to send it back, and I’m not giving them another dime. I hear nothing back. Conveniently yesterday the 11 of August, I get a tracking number (but the order still hasn’t been picked up), then today I got an email saying that because the order is “shipped” I cannot cancel but I can return it if the order is not something I want. Very convenient timing. Guaranteed this order arrives in September (three months late), when it’s useless to me, and if I try to return it, I’ll be told I have to pay. Better Tan, if you’re reading this please know I’m submitting all of my info to the Better Business Bureau because you are such a scam of a website. I highly suggest no one order from them, ever. Their suits cost so much and yet they can’t seem to ship them on time or communicate accordingly with anyone.

Don’t buy from the company! If you do good luck trying to return the product. They pretty much do not let you return anything. Had sent an email stating I wanted to return a set and was told it was going to be way more costly to return than it was to buy. When I asked what are the charges in detail, I have been ghosted. So now I have a set I’ll never wear in my closet and honestly I’ll probably just trash because no one should wear it!

Do not buy anything from this company! The material is completely see through. When I asked to return, I was offered a 50% refund instead of returning to “avoid the hassle of returning the item”. When I asked for a return label, I got no response. They have no number or address listed online and only an email address. I filed a complaint with my credit card company, which were unable to do anything. I further filed with the better business bureau in hopes this does not happen to anyone else. I never got a resolution as they refused to answer the better business bureau and my credit card said technically I made the purchase and they could not force them to send me a label. Their products are a complete waste of money. Do not buy!!

The cut of the one piece I have received is very different than on the picture. Not really good quality either. When I texted several times for a return, no answer. Buy it cheaper somewhere else

Worst company ever. As a woman of color and curvy woman I attempted to let them know the swimsuit was too see through, they refused to accept a return and offered a 50% refund. I accepted as my hands were tied they stopped responding completely so it was a trick essentially. Terrible quality swimsuit as well. Some cheap mesh. Don’t buy

Super bad customer service! The size is off - very small. I wanted to exchange it to a bigger size, but they would just stop responding, when I asked for a return label.
Poor quality bad customer service
I ordered two swimsuits and was very excited to receive these “not see through” swimwear that has such catching promotions. But instead I received poor quality products… the fabric stains everything it touches and sizes are off.. I’m between sizes XS and S, but don’t like my clothes and specially swimsuit be too tight, so I ordered size S and simply couldn’t pull a bottom part past my knee… the waist is so tied like it made for a doll, doesn’t check out with the size guide they have on their website.. Honestly, such a bad experience and the customer support didn’t provide any support after generated standard email… don’t know how to get my money back

GOD AWFUL COMPANY. Everything everyone else is saying is true. It’s a scam company. The bathing suit doesn’t even work plus it’s made of dental floss! They force you to pay for your own shipping label to BULGARIA for hundreds of dollars or offer only a 50% store credit. EVEN THOUGH they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed or money back plus they stated my items were returnable. COMPLETE SCAM!
Won’t provide return information
I purchased two swimsuits. Due to the fit, I requested to return them. I received a message stating that I would receive 50% off future orders along with half of my return money. I refused and requested a label for a proper return and refund. It’s been two weeks and I have t heard from the company. It seems like they are waiting so that I am unable to meet their return deadline. I will never use this company again and will continue to tell anyone who asks that they should never buy anything from them.

Complete false advertising. I tan quickly and all I got were new tan lines! The swim suit is sturdy but not worth the price if you're looking for a tan-through solution.
