When you get the medicine it really is a life saving therapy, but I have had an extremely difficult time getting my prescription on time and getting a response in the past takes awhile and lately I’ve had zero success in getting anyone to answer me back. Not sure if I will be staying with BetterU after this inconsistency.

Extremely happy with the care team and support I’ve received from betterU. This experience has helped me better understand myself and how to navigate the issues I’ve been reluctant to face head on. I’ve realized only I can heal myself and this is a powerful tool to aid me on this endeavor.

I am having a very hard time getting a call back or anyone to answer phone calls after initially paying for the service. In spite of reaching out via text, phone, patient portal I can’t reach anyone at the company now. Initially were very responsive, but then went dark. I will next be seeking a refund since it appears they are no longer willing to respond to basic messages/requests

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Ludwig and Better U as a whole. The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing, from start to finish. I feel supported every step of the way. Also, I find it very reasonably prices.
Ludwig was extremely professional, courteous, and accommodating. While talking with, him it honestly felt like I was speaking to a close friend, rather than just "some employee" who treats you like a number. I appreciated that so much and I hope that he reads this.

Initial call was very informative answered all of my questions,, so I am a new patient. But so far price point the ease of connection has been very nice. I will update this review after I receive my medicine and have a session.

I was asked to remove a negative review after I got a partial refund, I did, even though I thought others should know the medication didn't work.
I was given an exhaustive list of excuses, all pointing to me.
When I took the last one it worked.
I returned humbly and tried to continue with treatment.
Then I find I'm deleted from everything . And yes, I had to fight suicidal thoughts last night.
Better U wants only good reviews and couldn't care less if a patient is making strides forward with medication.
It's about reputation and money.
How unfortunate.
Of all things they should be aware of possibility of medication not working on everyone. Or possibly punk meds @ 300.
Don't blame the patient , help them.
Again, they don't care.

I had such a good experience with Better U! I feel like they struck a really good balance between a hands-on and hands-off approach; they were there to help whenever I needed, but the process was set up to allow me to feel in control and able to take things at my own pace. The self-guided program is very helpful to keep the process focused and helpful. I particularly appreciate the very thoughtfully-curated playlists that accompany sessions.

The support team is knowledgeable and caring so goes the extra step in their approach to support.

I have been with BetterU for about six months or more. I started on Joyous and winter seasonal depression hit, and on top of my clinical depression, their minimal dosing wasn’t covering my symptoms.

I have as a diagnosis list, clinical depression, OCD, ADD, PTSD, Severe Tourette’s, and Panic Attack Disorder with generalized anxiety.

I have always been extremely irritable and moody. It was destroying my family life, and any relationships I had.

I couldn’t make friends let alone maintain any friendships. I was a nasty person who was always sad and emotional.

I was obese and lacked motivation to work out, my OCD was so bad I was constantly on my hands and knees scrubbing dog hair out of every corner of the floor, my PTSD triggers were constant and my Tourette tics were daily and severe, impacting every part of my life negatively.

The first day I knew that there was a formula difference between Better U and their competitor that I mentioned above. Their formula is stronger, denser and felt more substantial. It was almost as if their competitor had watered down their medication formula. It wasn’t just an increased dose - the formula is honestly different. It also made an enormous difference.

Within a couple months I began to be a happier person, I began to get back the motivation that I lacked and began exercising. My moods improved, my sadness dwindled, and my emotional ‘neuron rages’ that I experienced on a multi- daily basis with my conditions dwindled to zero.

I regained what I think is about 80% control
over my brain for the first time in my life, and I am 38 years old.

The greatest thing about BetterU is how personal they are. It’s not bots like all their competitors, someone texts you back, even after hours and weekends. They make it personal and that makes all the difference.

They have classes, they have lessons, they provide playlists and directional guides so you are never lost in the process.

They send texts to ask how you are doing. They care about your wellbeing.

I dare say they have come to know me a little bit and for me, having people know me is terrifying because I’ve never been good at maintaining relationships as I’ve said. But even that has changed a bit.

I’ve gone from 278lb to 215. I have bad days, as anyone does, but even my bad days aren’t anywhere as near as bad as they were before I started with BetterU.

They offer a financing plan with denifits loan app which I take advantage of, using the three month refill plan at a discounted rate.

You are able to have several of these loans out at once. I am able to make large payments to make sure I can continue to have access to my medication.

It took a few months after my first customary few months but I became accumulated to the process, the people involved and how the program worked.

It has changed my life, taking control of my mental health has allowed me the liberty to take control of my physical health as well.

My conditions are genetic and my personal psychiatrist outside the program has told me I am on the best medication available for me, and the treatment will be long term due to the severity of my symptoms and comorbities but, despite being on disability, I made the decision that my mental health takes all priority. I put aside my wants and decided to stay with Better U, because new consoles or electronics or bird feeders, those are not as important as my life.

I went from unstable and ready to end my life, to ready to push myself to a better me and renew my life.

I’m really quite pleased with Better U. They have been my lifesaver, literally.

In 2020 I was stricken with Guillian-Barre Syndrome twice 8 months apart. In 2021 I was diagnosed with an extremely rare neurological autoimmune condition, Stiff Person Syndrome. My physical and mental health tanked and my life simply fell apart. I lost my marriage, my livelihood, my home, and my children for a time. I almost lost my life and even made an attempt to take it. I was diagnosed with Complex PDST, and Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. I was totally lost and couldn't find an way out of. Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy has changed my life so completely I don't even recognize the person I was at my lowest point. Today my physical health is pretty stable, my mental health is stable, I'm working again, I have my kids back, and I'm living life with optimism and gratitude again. Better U has helped me achieve a view of what life with this disease can look like better than I could have ever imagined. I cannot recommend this program enough to anyone who is deeply struggling with PTSD, anxiety, or treatment resistant depression. If you've been looking for hope and change, to find yourself again, this program is for you.

I have been undergoing ketamine therapy through Better U since November 2024 and it has been a transformative experience. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety for 20+ years and the sessions combined with the provided support have helped in ways that traditional medicine and therapy haven’t. The experience with Better U has been outstanding. Whether it was the initial on boarding, treatment preparation, continuing integration sessions or just interacting with customer support - Better U has always delivered an excellent experience for me as a patient. I would recommend to anyone that has struggled with anxiety/depression like me or anyone that is just looking to maintain their mental health.

From my first call to every follow-up since, Better U has made me feel like I really matter. The ketamine therapy has rapidly accellerated my healing and change my perspective on my childhood trauma and their integration therapists they provide that make the difference. I’ve never felt more seen in a healthcare setting.

I have been very impressed so far with how thorough the programming has been. Each step has gone smoothly, and there are reminders along the way to make sure things stay on track and I have all the info I need. I like using the app to work through the programming and keep track of my goals.

Update 12MAY….I called it, their reply was lots of excuses. They know who I am. Unless this happens A lot?!?

Updated 08MAY….TrustPilot sent me an email regarding Better U…”they’ve asked for more details to better understand your experience”. As you will read below…what “treatments”. Taking 800mgs 5 times now, with maybe 20-25 min minimal experiences…the previous batch I was getting better results and 45-50 min experiences, with good after effects. I’m guessing maybe they are counting on the placebo effect now? Damaged trouches that were overheated in the back of a trailer for 20 hrs in the FL heat, 90 degrees outside is approximately 110-120 degrees inside the trailer. Ask anyone in the trucking business that is a fact! I read a review this morning, same basic Better U review…were these meds from bad batch, or caused by the late delivery the cold pack died during the 22.5 hr late guaranteed 1day air by 10a, or they just want the negative reviews removed?!? I went to a compounding pharmacy, they could not test for efficacy or potency, the pharmacist referred me to the DEA for testing as they have the capability. After the text from Better U yesterday and the Trustpilot email asking for more details, I imagine Better U wants my review removed as there are Zero bad reviews on their website, like the bad reviews others have recently posted on Trustpilot stating the same results.

Please read my review below, it is all true, no misinformation from my side. They don’t want anyone to see what others have also stated, I am not an isolated experience with Better U.

I am not sure what else to tell you. They did text me…asking how my treatments were going and if there is anything they could do to assist? I’ve asked for their assistance numerous times and all I received was a call from a guy who called me a “jerk” for complaining. Please read my “original” updated review.

Where to begin? The Lies? The Profits over patients mantra? The lack of support? It’s everyone else’s fault other than Better U?

Better U has a well designed website, lots of information. You can put a tuxedo on a goat, but it’s still just a goat. Honestly, they have a few employees that I initially believed were working to better the patient experience. I’ve been given excuses, watched and heard Better U place blame on every aspect of their business model on anyone but themselves.

I have endless screenshots and recordings of the misinformation and highly questionable business tactics. When anyone is presented valid information sent from Better U and they lie about their own information?!? WTW?…I promise, their pants are actually not on fire. Just lies. It’s simple…profits over patients.

I’ve been in the medical industry for over 16 years and I know my facts, I have the documented facts and proof of the blatant misinformation provided to me, so much misleading information and facts from the CSRs to whomever…Shame on Better U.

Basically, Better U is a middle man or 3rd party ketamine dealer/broker. I personally received 3 separate confirmations via text and email for the same delivery…1 day guarantee air delivery with the “summer packaging” a cold pack with a label stating “keep refrigerated” and that package arrives 22.5 hrs late and the temp is 82.8 degrees upon arrival. When I advised Better U with photos and specs, oh the temp doesn’t really matter?…Of course search your fav med website and you’ll see, ketamine is a temp controlled medication as are many other meds. But don’t lie to me, place blame and then go back on your word. That is a HUGE red flag. I’ve never been provided more misleading information in my 2-3 months of dealing with Better U, than any company I’ve dealt with in my lifetime.

I’m positive someone with Better U will reply below. With more excuses and nonsense. I have the evidence in hand, everything I have stated is true and factual including all of the documentation to back my statements. And Better U knows this, as I have sent them the proof. They just do not care about the patients as a company…a few of the Better U team I’ve dealt with are awesome and I do believe they want to make a difference in our lives…then (not calling anyone out, he knows his name) flat out lies on a recording regarding the people or person I placed my faith in?!? Really? That’s the gig? Lie on your co workers, throw them under the bus and place blame? That “it’s not our problem” mentality that is really concerning to me. This is life changing medication for many people. We are just credit card numbers to Better U.

I cannot in good conscience, based on the facts and documentation I possess recommend Better U to anyone at this point.

If the people you are attempting to seek help from fails in their mission…it’s about the patient not just profits and Better U overall has completely missed that mark

Great service. an exception was made given the short nature of my follow up visit and better U is extremely client centric and I could not recommend them enough: 11/10.

So I've seen some bad reviews and wanted to dispell the bad rep. I was denied as a patient because of my prescriptions and medical history. Sooo disappointing but I was denied on Thursday had the money back in my account Saturday. The email said 7-10 days for it to appear in my account and it only took two (I was worried I was in for a fight). Also there was someone upset they missed an appointment and got charged for it. It very clearly states that you will be charged for missed appointments and restock of meds if you decide it's not for you. They were very upfront about all extra charges and what they expect from you. If you fail to comply and get charged that's kinda on you. So overall very disappointed but not because of the company itself. They were very professional n helpful.
