Altering my subscription

I have had a subscription for a while now ... always arrive on time.
Recently I have amended my subscription... this was easy vua email and the response was very quick.

Subscription and communication

I bought NMN and it worked for me so I bought some more and chose the option for a discount which meant I subscribed. As my health has now decided to throw up some complications it is no longer possible for me to use these. I sent an email advising I wished to cancel any subscription. Response was absolutely FIRST CLASS, less than 24 hours later they have responded to me and within 48 hours all is sorted. Great company to deal with. When my circumstances hopefully change I will go back to using them.

Bettervits

Have used this company for several years to obtain probiotics which always arrived on time. I have now decided that I no longer need this product so contacted their customer service to cancel my subscription. My contact was with Chynna who was exceptional for ensuring that my request was dealt with in a timely fashion.

Terrible service

Terrible service why didn't I visit trust pilot first to confirm that as all the reviews seem to be exactly what I'm going through! Like many others I was unknowingly set into a subscription automatically renewing products at a lightening rate. They make it impossible to just cancel that via website. No telephone number given and they take ages to reply. Having asked to cancel my subscription then they practically begged me not to by numerous offers and discounts. Then a further email finally they cancelled on there end. To add insult to injury the do not offer a return label and returns are paid at "you guessed it" buyers expense. These sales tactics should be made illegal. Beware BetterVits is just another legal scam company in today's loophole society of these types of sales methods.

Do not use this company unless you want…

Do not use this company unless you want to keep receiving orders without your consent, if you place a one time order they assume it's OK to act as if you have subscribed and trying to cancel out of it is impossible they do not respond to any emails and there is no phone number to contact them.

Made me feel bad

I ordered the Metabolic+ it made me feel awful, only took two tablets and made me feel the same each time. Heart palpitations, feeling light headed and not myself. Won’t buy again, stopped taking them.

Fed up with receiving unwanted vitamins through their sneaky way of subscribing without customer knowledge.
And they are so expensive.
Will never buy from them again!

Your ordering system is poor ordered 1…

Your ordering system is poor ordered 1 berberine £40, but then somehow I ended up paying another £74 on stuff I didn't want, have emailed customer services care@ multiple times and not a single response about cancelling the order and a refund, not happy first time customer.

Problem cancelling subscription

It is very easy set up an online subscription but when you want to cancel your subscription you have to send the company an email,why they will not allow you to cancel your subscriptions online is ridiculous,it’s as if they deliberately make it complicated,
I have sent the company 3 emails and have not had a reply from them yet even though it says on their website that they will respond in 24 hours and now I have just received an email saying that my next delivery is on its way and thank you for your payment of £150 🤬
I wait in hope for a reply

I received a reply today from the email I sent 4 days ago which will hopefully rectify my problems which is good news,it’s just a shame that they can not respond to emails as quickly as they responded to this review which only took 1 hour

I purchased High Protein bars

I purchased High Protein bars, the website implied 36 bars , I got 12 at frankly very high price and I was included in their SUBSCRIPTION process which I did not want and have since been unable to stop. I have mailed them 3 times with no response, I will have to put a block on this company from using my credit card. AVOID.
OK UPDATE: they have been in touch and we are now sorted thanks to Krista @ Bettervits.
