Your ordering system is poor ordered 1 berberine £40, but then somehow I ended up paying another £74 on stuff I didn't want, have emailed customer services care@ multiple times and not a single response about cancelling the order and a refund, not happy first time customer.

It is very easy set up an online subscription but when you want to cancel your subscription you have to send the company an email,why they will not allow you to cancel your subscriptions online is ridiculous,it’s as if they deliberately make it complicated,
I have sent the company 3 emails and have not had a reply from them yet even though it says on their website that they will respond in 24 hours and now I have just received an email saying that my next delivery is on its way and thank you for your payment of £150 🤬

I received a reply today from the email I sent 4 days ago which will hopefully rectify my problems which is good news,it’s just a shame that they can not respond to emails as quickly as they responded to this review which only took 1 hour

Easy to find what I wanted to buy on the website and easy to order and pay. The parcel arrived in a couple of days, well packaged and as I’d ordered.
I am very satisfied with Bettervits
I purchased High Protein bars, the website implied 36 bars , I got 12 at frankly very high price and I was included in their SUBSCRIPTION process which I did not want and have since been unable to stop. I have mailed them 3 times with no response, I will have to put a block on this company from using my credit card. AVOID.
OK UPDATE: they have been in touch and we are now sorted thanks to Krista @ Bettervits.

This company is an excellent company to work with for your probiotics. They provided wonderful customer service to me when I had questions.

I had a problem with my order and it was quickly, easily and politely resolved. I was able to send my unwanted order back and given clear instructions on how to do so by a very supportive member of staff, Naomi.
I tried to cancel my subscriptions because when they are due to ship, you get 30 minutes to cancel when they send a notice. Which they send at 5:35am !!! EVERY TIME. AND you cannot cancel on the website, you have to email them. Which they ignore. Then send the product and charge you and you have to fight to get a refund. Do NOT USE THEM THEY ARE DISHONEST. My first issue was may 7, and after telling them to CANCEL EVERYTHING today they sent an auto ship notice and charged me!
Edit: 10/6. I received a refund, and apology admitting it was totally their mistake. I do not believe the products are bad, in fact, I think they are good quality. But i think its underhanded to send shipping confirmation at 5:35am with only 30 minutes to cancel and only then by email, which is unlikely tp be read in the timescales they set out.

ZERO Stars - Dreadful customer service. Was automatically signed up for a subscription plan and have emailed them and used customer contact form for the entire week to get this cancelled immediately. ZERO response, do not buy.

I bought supplements on line and have now received another batch as, apparently, I'm on a subscription. I did not agree to this. I have sent information via their webpage to gain a refund and to cancel the subscription but am still waiting for a response. There is no telephone number and time is ticking untill they take more money from me. Like many other reviews this is unacceptable behaviour

Although the product seemed to take a long time to arrive & the tracking seemed to indicate little movement, after I emailed an enquiry they arrived quite quickly. Also I was given a credit to compensate me for any inconvenience.
Placed order messaged them almost straight away to cancel but they didn’t answer any of my communications. They just sent order out anyway

Product delivered in good time. I had a question regarding dosage which I emailed about. Ula replied initially with information after 48 hours. I had to clarify information further, to which Ula replied within the day. So all in all I found service and communication to be very good. I have yet to begin using the product ( Creatine for muscle loss) so unable to comment on the efficacy of the product at this time.
