I love the dress

Not yet received order, was meant to be 1 to 2 days delivery. It’s now 6 days. Contacted via email yesterday have had no answer. Rang order line twice no answer. Finally got an answer on the sales number. She was unable to tell me anything, She said she would check with post office and get back to me via phone or email. I have heard nothing it’s now been over 2 hours. Not impressed
