I originally paid $100 for a bathing suit, the sizing was way off. I had no idea I could not get a refund. I tried to exchange and they had barely anything to choose from. I sized up. The size up was worse fitting. Now I’m returning again. The only thing I could choose was a random swim top. It’ll be crap. I already know it. Worse they charged me a whopping $23 for shipping. I’m out $123 for a freaking top. Someone shut this crap company down.

The product is nice although not for everyone and they have a very limited selection. The issue I have is the misleading "return" policy. When you check out on mobile there is an option to pay $3 for "free returns" with no mention there that you can only return for exchange or store credit. I was especially screwed because I bought two sizes of a bikini top and I am now out $189. It's just bad business.

What a scam!
The jerseys are ridiculously small, and you have to pay for returns yourself (they asked me to pay €132 for shipping!!!!!)
And they don't give refunds.
The picture is completely inaccurate.

Avoid!!! Not true to size and poor design. The one piece is strange - top sizing doesn't match with the bottom sizing (I'm an M and have never bought L in my life, but had to with this piece). Bad customer service and returns policy - ended up having to pay 3 times for shipping (2x to receive and 1x to return) even though their sizing is the issue? They wouldn't reply to my email about the fact that the store credit they provide on return interferes with the original discount (which was applied to the first purchase) and means you have to pay a further amount PLUS full postage (because the store credit also excludes you from receiving free shipping, as you do with the original purchase). All in all 1/5 stars, much better quality elsewhere!

Saw ads on Instagram and Facebook for this swim wear range. Swimmers Black Friday price $120 (normally $179).
Apparently, when it is the black Friday sale, they can deny you your usual customer rights. The swimmers looked nice but are completely impractical for swimming in the surf. The bottom part of the swimmers has no structure and the seams roll in themselves and they ride up your bottom providing no coverage whatsoever. Added to that air gets caught between the two layers of fabric creating a bubble of air as you swim it looks terrible. They are basically unusable in the surf. I felt that these design flaws should be addressed and asked for a refund as they are completely useless. I had only worn the swimmers one time. Customer service replied to me straight away asking for photos which I provided. They explained away all the issues I had with the garment not that it helped me at all. They have denied my right to a refund even though the product is poorly designed and not suitable for what it is made for. They blamed my body type and the fact that I wanted to wear them in the surf as a reason to deny my refund. I would stick to proper surf brands in the future and not rely on swimwear such as this buyer be warned. Total waste of money.
