Hi, Could you check your spam please? We have emailed you twice with your tracking code ( we also sent a 'your order has shipped' and the code on there too), also a picture showing that your parcel is in transit and due to be delivered in 5 days time.
I'm sorry that our parcel couriers take a while - due to you living in Saudi Arabia, there are customs etc that your order has to go through. We've explained this on our emails to you in more detail - so hopefully you'll find them in your junk folder?
Once again, apologies that your parcel can't get to you any quicker than it is doing, and that our emails aren't getting to you. We'll continue to track your parcel until we see that its arrived.

Super impressed with the communication from the company, speedy delivery and the quality of the products. Love that it is in eco friendly packaging (hand cream bottle included!). I bought the trio of hand creams and every single one smells of luxury. The cream itself is amazing; soaks into the skin quickly with no greasy, slippery hands after. Even after washing my hands they still feel smooth. Also love that it is antibacterial. Ticks all the boxes! Looking forward to giving some of the other products a try. Thank you very much, will definitely be returning for more.

Amazing Smelling Products!!!
I was bought some Bettyhula products last year for my birthday, I loved the smell of all of the hand creams so I really needed to buy some more! They were delivered in good time and I could smell the products when I opened the box!! They smelt even better when I opened them :) I am in hand cream heaven!, one for home, one in the car and one for my work bag!!! I will certainly buy more in the future.

I’ve bought Betty Hula products a number of times, both for myself and as gifts. All the scents are lovely but Champagne and Spice is my favourite. I’m not sure the name really explains the scent as initially I assumed I’d prefer the others. However, I’m also not sure how I would describe it, other than my favourite! Definitely worth trying if you are undecided!
