This is an update to my previous complaint — and the situation has only gotten worse.
My withdrawal has now been marked as “completed” for 50+ days, and I still have not received a single cent.
Let’s be clear:

I made a withdrawal on this platform (Account ID: 1666404715, Withdrawal ID: 4827175489), and it has been stuck for several days without being processed.
I was initially told that processing may take up to 48 hours, but that timeframe has already passed. I contacted support and also reached out to the accounting team via accounting betwinner.com, but the only response I received was a generic message saying it is still under process, with no clear explanation or update.
What is even more concerning is that another withdrawal I made later was completed successfully, while this one remains stuck with no clarification at all. This inconsistency makes the situation hard to understand and raises serious questions about the reliability of the withdrawal process.
I am a new user, and this experience is far from reassuring. I also manage a crypto-related account on X with over 80,000 followers, and I will be sharing this case so others in the crypto community can judge for themselves how this platform handles withdrawals.
At this point, I simply expect a clear explanation and an immediate resolution rather than standard template responses.

I have already raised this issue earlier and submitted all the required documents from my side, yet no proper action has been taken till now. Instead of resolving the matter, I am repeatedly being asked the same questions again and again.
This is my hard-earned money, and such delays are completely unacceptable. I had a document review issue when I tried to withdraw some weeks ago. And I was asked to go through the KYC.
I did very well to read all reviews and I did not find anything encouraging or anyone who had given a review that they had completed the KYC.
I patiently and diligently went through the process. And after weeks of submitting all documents I was asked to withdraw.

I currently have a balance of R$ 2,035 and requested a withdrawal, but the request remains pending without any valid explanation.

UNPAID 10.000 EUR - STILL NO REPLY FROM BETWINNER!!!
On April 9th, I submitted a withdrawal request on the Betwinner website under number 4707740823 for an amount of 500,000 TRY (10.000 EUR). Despite no money being transferred to my bank account, I saw a message on my Betwinner account stating "payment made."
I contacted the live support line, explained the situation in detail, and opened tickets related to this transaction (15336149 and 15416042). Despite sending my account statement and clearly proving that the transaction did not go through, five days have passed and the payment has still not been made and the issue remains unresolved.
Furthermore, in my subsequent withdrawal request numbered 4713667491 for 190,000 TRY, the amount was deposited short, with exactly 38,000 TRY less sent to my account. I would like to specifically note that I will be filing a separate complaint regarding this transaction as well.
While Betwinner causes no issues when it comes to deposits, it consistently creates problems at the payment stage, victimizing its users. Since my first withdrawal request, days have passed, and I urgently request that my grievances regarding both the underpaid and unpaid amounts be addressed, and that all missing and unpaid funds be deposited into my account in full without delay.
Update 16.04.26: All of the amounts has been paid with one week of waiting.

Withdrawal problem – they keep rejecting my payout
I have been trying to withdraw my money (25,000 RSD) from Betwinner, but my requests keep getting rejected for different reasons every time.
First, they claimed my name was incorrect. I provided my ID (both sides), and they said they fixed it. However, the problem remained.
Then they told me to submit the withdrawal anyway, but it still gets rejected.
Now they are saying the issue is because I used both Latin and Cyrillic letters while registering, which makes no sense since my identity has already been verified.
I have provided all requested documents, including my ID and bank details, and followed all their instructions, but they keep changing explanations and delaying my withdrawal.
This is clearly unprofessional and looks like they are intentionally avoiding paying out.

I have been trying to withdraw my balance of ₦76k+ for the past 24 hours. My account is fully verified, and I have met all wagering requirements, including a recent ₦16k+ promo which required an ₦8k deposit and wagering at 1.1+ odds. I fulfilled every condition and won, yet I am being blocked from my funds.
