My experience with Melbet and BetWinner has been very disappointing.
After using the platform, my account was suddenly restricted with a 0.0 bet stake limit, making it impossible for me to place any bets. This effectively makes the account useless.
I was also asked to send multiple verification documents, including my ID and selfies. Even after submitting everything requested by their security team, the issue remains unresolved.

Betwinner blocked my account and effectively stole €650 from me.
All deposits were made honestly, no bonuses abused, no rules violated.
Instead of paying out my balance, they suddenly blocked my account and started asking for endless documents, despite the fact that all transactions are fully traceable. This looks like a classic tactic to avoid paying players.
If a company is so financially weak that it needs to block accounts just to keep €650, that says everything about its integrity. A serious and trustworthy betting company does not behave this way.
I strongly warn everyone: do not trust Betwinner. If you win, you risk losing your money under a fake “security check” excuse. There are many safer and more reputable bookmakers out there.
This is not customer service — this is theft.

Shockingly Poor Support & Unfair Bonus Policy

I’ve used many betting platforms over the years, but BetWinner has been the most disappointing experience by far. Their “support team” isn’t even in-house — it’s a third-party provider that clearly has no understanding of the product. If you use live chat, they tell you to call. If you call, they tell you to go back to live chat. It’s an endless loop with zero real help.
It also feels like the same outsourced team is replying to Trustpilot reviews, because the replies are just as unhelpful and generic as the customer support conversations.
What shocked me most is their BONUS POLICY. They openly confirmed that bonuses, rewards, and any type of promotion are only given to losing customers. I’ve never seen anything like this on any platform, and it says a lot about how they treat players.
I also play with their direct competitor, MELBET and they offer bonuses based on actual activity — win or lose — as a proper betting platform should. BetWinner is miles behind in comparison.
Overall, I strongly advise staying away until they fix these fundamental issues.
