I deposited, played fairly, and won $5,000 USD. When I attempted to withdraw, BetWinner forced an endless KYC process that lasted several weeks. After providing every document they requested, they suddenly blocked my account without warning.

They falsely accused me of having multiple accounts, which is completely untrue. I only have one account and have never violated their Terms & Conditions.

This is an invented excuse to avoid paying my winnings.

BetWinner kept my entire balance and closed my account with no explanation. This is fraud, and players should be extremely careful. They will invent fake “breaches” as soon as you win too much.

I had a very poor experience with BetWinner as well. My account was merged without my permission, and after that it started showing as “invalid”. I can’t log in or access my balance anymore. I tried reaching out to customer support, but I didn’t receive any proper help or solution.
This has caused a lot of frustration, and I believe the platform should manage user accounts in a more transparent and reliable way.

I’ve been using BetWinner for quite some time and have deposited money many times without any issue. But now that I’ve finally tried to withdraw my winnings, they keep cancelling my withdrawal requests again and again — without any clear reason or explanation.

Their customer support is completely unhelpful. Every time I contact them, they just delay things, give copy-paste replies, and never offer a real solution. It honestly feels like they’re avoiding paying out and trying to make the process as hard as possible.

This whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I trusted this platform, but now it feels like a complete scam. I strongly advise others to stay away until they fix their withdrawal and customer service issues.

They just don’t let you withdraw! Multiple requests rejected after following instructions provided, and now I don’t get connected to a chat support. And, every time I connected, it was this operator Raaj, none other.

I sent in my docs but they keep asking me the same thing. I shared all my original document, but then there is no response. Their last response was share original files and your further emails will be ignored. Then I shared original files again but no response. Its almost 6 days now.

I reached out to Customer support, and they are useless. First asked me to wait for 48 hours and then reach again. and then keep asking to wait for response.

I won 1000 usd and I do the documents procedure everything was fine and when they cant find any mistakes in my documents then they write an email that they think I was a cheater or use bot or multiaccounting then they remove my balance. Crazy that they can operate like this.

I don't receive sms code for withdrawal , and they aren't trying to fix the issue , they kept ignoring me and giving me bullsh#t instructions, and trying to blame the issue on my side , be careful guys.

Asked for withdrawal at least 5x now on the site, have over a 50 msg chat via email with the "security team" they are asking me to provide a photo for the 20th time istg with my face, ID and the email messages behind me all visible, i sent imagees countless times i genuienly cant take better ones and they are acting like a kid.... "take another one", "provide the image asked", sometimes they dont even respond, and when i try to reach out to them again they threaten me that they gonna block my email adress, i got my money stuck there i swear someone help me how do i get this to the officials or someone that can do something about a scam like this...

I have place withdrawal more than 5x and they won't credit me instead refund the money back to my betting account, so I am forced to continue using the money to place bet. And if I win I cannot withdraw. You guys are the worst I wish I did app review before creating account with your useless company not even one positive feedback. You guys should just pack and leave. Invest at your own risk. They are scammers. No integrity, no trust. Once your money goes in there, it's finished for you.

I didn't belief until I see comment of the same issue am having. I won bet on casino #300k and when I choose to withdraw otp dosen't pop up which I get before. Thinking it was a system issue, I decided to log out and login again boom, I can't login again due to not getting otp. I was asked by the support team to clear cache, cookies and so on.. Which I did and up till now I have not been able to login. Its 4days now and counting. They never respond to emails, their live chat dosent have anything to do rather than to frustrate you. Betwinner is the biggest scammer I have ever seen.

Don't play this site, i am regular big player in tgis site. Today i depposited 8K in this account, they are not depposited my gaming account and after communicating they rrplayed like we already updated in your gaming account. Its a spam site don't play here

I requested two withdrawals on January 13, 2025, from BetWinner (User ID: 139501101). The first withdrawal of 100,000 TRY was paid successfully in two transactions. However, the second withdrawal of 100,000 TRY, requested at 07:02 and marked as “Completed” at 07:35, was never credited to my Papara account.

Since then, I contacted BetWinner support many times. I only received the same automated response telling me to “wait,” with no real solution. On January 23, 2025, I sent a final warning, but BetWinner ignored it and still hasn’t paid me.

As of today, my 100,000 TRY withdrawal remains unpaid. This shows that BetWinner is not a trustworthy company and does not fulfill its obligations to players.

I have all evidence (screenshots, transaction history, correspondence) and I am ready to provide them if necessary

A criminal organization that does not pay out winnings!! It is impossible to withdraw money from the account!! Let illness and God eat them all with sickness and misfortune, so that they don't have time to spend the stolen money!

I tried withdrawing from my betwinner app but I was denied access what pooed up on the screen was "request for documents. Please email the security team." I emailed the security team, they replied that I should wait for response and not create repeated massage. It's been three days now I've not had from them.
