Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering the mushroom diffuser for my youngest child
One item arrived but have still yet to receive the diffuser which was ordered and paid for on 23/10/23

A total scam! Do not order from them. İ ordered some wall lights that was supposed to be motion activated and wireless. But got some that will need wiring and no motion sensor. So they are totally useless for me. Tried to contact customer support but they do not respond.

Absolute scam. I ordered the mushroom diffuser a month ago. Was constantly tracking the order . Arrived in Ireland and then was sent to Belgium . Tried to email the company but the company email does not exist even if I receive daily marketing emails from them. Thankfully got the refund back from my bank . Received the order now but it’s a completely different diffuser. Small piece of garbage.

I really should’ve done my research prior to buying anything from this company. I thought they were legitimate. Like others, they sent me the wrong items and ignored my emails. I ordered a mushroom diffuser and spent $75 plus travel insurance fee. They sent me simple diffusers that were nothing similar to what I ordered. Since they’re in China, I can’t report them to the BBB. But I will find out how else I can help prevent these scammers from continuing to rip people off.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! Do not buy from them! They sent me a very cheap item that wasn’t what I ordered! I emailed them several times and have not gotten a response. Horrible people to do this. I wish I had researched it more!

They supplied the wrong item and ignore any correspondence to rectify the issue. I will report them to Visa and the ACCC. They are scammers and read the reviews and follow the advise, avoid at all costs

Complete trash company with trash items, it’s a scam! I got the wrong item and it was broken when I received it as well, waited like a month for it and it was expensive. Please don’t order from here!

I got a dress last April ? May. It didnt look what it looked on picture and the material was horrible. It was basically a rag. tried for months to find out how I would return it. Eventually they asked me to send picture of it??So I did. I found a spanish address to return it to which cost me €11. That was months ago and they wont reply to my emails since. So no refund . Surely that cant be allowed to happen.

I don't know if this company is just useless or the staff.

Just like everyone else here I was given the wrong item with no no help from anyone or any type of customer service this is terrible that this company is getting away with scamming people everyday with no consequence. Please avoid them.

Ordered via shop app. Instead of what i ordered, a 32 in 1 powered screwdriver set - made of metal costing $32 each. I received a 12 in 1 plasitc handle with a few double ended tips which probably cost $1.99 to make. The committed both mail fraud and a bait and switch sales practice. Worse, Shop does noit take ant responsibility for this fraud even though they have a fraud policy - per my chat with them. STAY AWAY! I am now going through my credit card to recoup my loss.

A ordered an antifreeze car snow removal device for £23.00, I actually got an air freshener worth £1.00 do not use total rip off, never buy anything from this website

Worst company and customer service ever. I have been contacting them for a refund and still no response.

Also there was an offer when I bought the item - 2 for the price of 1. But I only received 1 item.

Fake site, do not buy !!! Sent me 1 of the 4 products I purchased… could not reach them. Scam.
