Let me see, the sandals my wife ordered proved to be so badly made that they, quite literally, fell off her feet.
We contacted the company for a return address and or label.
Then.
They ignored us.
Asked for our order number.
Told us they needed a photo of the goods we were returning.
I think you get the drift here.
Never sent us a return label, just sent a series of pre-written emails.
"Your custom is important to us the goods will be with you soon"
No intention of receiving any returns. Just bluffing it out.
Don't buy anything that you may even think of returning. This crew don't do returns.

Do not order from this website. What I received was different to the picture on the website & very poor quality. It also arrived damaged & not fit for purpose. Their website states that they do not refund damaged items. So basically they sent me rubbish that I cannot return or get a refund. I did reach out to them but did not receive a reply. It’s a complete scam! I wish I had researched more before I placed my order.

Dissapointing from beginning to end
If I could give no stars, I would. Firstly, after paying, I got no email confermation, in other words, no proof of purchase.
2. It took a very long time to arrive.
3. The item does not reflect what I bought. Not even closely. It is tiny, flimsy and falls apart. One of the items is missing something and I wish I could add photos let the picture speak a thousand words. So disappointed!! Avoid.
