Great product, fast shipping hih quality

Nicely made fit my 2020 Vw Tiguan perfectly. Customer service was great because of a shipping issue, but not on their side. In the end they took care of it and sent a new piece out to me.

I have a great experience with customer-service agent Alice she gave me punctual information and reliable assistance in the process of replacing the defective product and she replied very quickly to my email, As for the company Bevinse, I can say that it won me as a customer both for its quality products and for its customer service and for the fact that it has warehouse in Europe so it can deliver the led's to Romania very quickly .

I purchased some H7 bulbs a couple of years ago and one had failed so I emailed them regarding my options to buy a new set. They said it should not have failed in that time so sent out a replacement bulb at no charge.

The service was above and beyond what I had expected.

From checkout to item delivery, everything was fast and easy. The lights are great! I've not had any issues with them thus far. The only concern I have is that they do get very hot, very quickly, but my car hasn't gone up in flames yet so.....lol

I bought a set of headlights for my 2005 Benz s430,installed them works for about half an hour then started blinking then went out.apparently they are overheating.

The warranty went smooth but they charge a small fee for sending you a new bulb which shouldn't be that way , but otherwise the customer service is pretty good.

Alice Lu was absolutely amazing. Anything I needed it was taken care off. They were very patient with me and explained everything in full. Customer service was definitely 5 stars

When my Bevinsee bulbs arrived the box was marked 880/881 and I ordered H7. They said it was a mismarked. I tried to install them and the electrical connection was further back and at a 90 degree angle from the OEM bulbs. This made it impossible to plug in on my vehicle. I asked to return them and got nothing but a run around of questions requests for pictures and videos. I complied with all those and still was met with more questions and red tape. It was so bad that I decided the $36 cost was not worth the headache they were causing for a simple return request!
Response to reply: My pictures and description showed the difference between your bulb and the OEM bulb. The “random” YouTube video was the same year, make and model as my car and had the EXACT same bulb as my pictures. Just admit that your return policy is that you don’t do refunds!

Delivery was a little slow and the item came with no instructions. It was a 50/50 chance the product would fix my cars issue but it did not. I'm not too disappointed as my expectations were low.
