It's a fraudulent company

It's a fraudulent company. I have ordered a spare rear frame on bezior.com for €90. Before order I have exchanged e-mail messages if the spare part is available and was promised it is. Shipment was not sent for two weeks and was in transit another two weeks from China. I was shocked when opened a big carton box with shipment. Inside was an old dirty folded bicycle tire with short cheap mud flaps. Biggest fraud from China I have ever experienced.

BEWARE OF BEZIOR BIKES

Sorry but couldn't leave anything less than 1*. Bought a bike last year from them and had to get a replacement throttle and cable as cable snapped. Was told I would have to buy the part at 59eur as it would be shipped from Poland. It is still under warranty till 12th June and customer services have refused to replace this free. Bezior are a company that need to be…

Bezior are a company that need to be removed from UK operations until they abide by UK consumer laws which they appear to willingly flaunt these laws like it's a joke..well they seemingly they have in my case any way.

I purchased a bike from them, the Bezior X500 Pro on July 2023 since that time I have found the battery to have been produced at a date of 2020 a full 3 years prior to sale that is fraud because battery life expectancies are 3-6 months unused shelf life without discharging and recharging repeatedly thus it becomes a second hand battery any way doing so and the total lifespan shelved or used of a battery any way is 3-5 years 5 at most thus Bezior have wilfully committed a criminal act here they have not only miss sold this battery in it's description of the bike being brand new...breeching the sales of goods and services aspect of the consumer protection act but have literally knowingly sold a dead/degraded battery that turned out to be all but dead on arrival it only has 650 miles on the clock and it does only 8miles to 12 miles on the battery and BEZIOR have repeatedly rejected a demand for a replacement on the grounds of their words which are "we only provide a 1 year warranty" in this case a 1 year warranty being a get out of jail free card for committing these offences so they believe?Unfortunately BEZIOR do not comprehend the ramifications of a warranty being policy only and not actual law with regards to miss selling and ill described advertising of something new being actually old or faulty thus they are expected by law to replace that battery irrespective of their policy or warranty period made null and void when committing fraud and or deceptions of any kind as they clearly have in selling that battery as new.

On top of this 13 months in to owning the bike the throttle has also stopped working they sent out a replacement that doesn't even fit the bikes handlebar diameter and despite being connected to the cable connection it is not working thus this must be a wiring loom/harness cable array fault again not fit for purpose if this was never really used it was operated only twice before failure, the reason is potentially over tightness of cable clips on purchase as it struggled to swing open.

Also relating to swinging open they sent a frame lock with the throttle but ridiculously ignored requests prior to receiving the lock and throttle that I would require video to explain what to do they agreed and then never bothered until a week almost after the items arrived which where sent to the UK from China, so not time is of the essence there either, more ignorance is bliss mentality. I then had no option to fit the frame lock and the spring wouldn't work then, which I deem as their fault for leaving me hanging with no video to aid in fitting.

They are now ignoring demands made for a battery, which I have a provable purchase item listed in on a previous bank statement which I got specifically from the bank I was using when I bought the bike and the law entitles me to take them to court for up to 6 years after purchase which a solicitor has informed me is my right and this applies to anyone else if the faults can be proven as BEZIOR's manufacturing defect or are not as described which both are the case in my scenario they'd loose in court and incurr all charges, I am now debating reporting BEZIOR for committing fraud in regards to the sale of a 3 year old battery in what is supposed to have been a brand new product on purchase, clearly this was not the case and that was no accident and the battery housing date stamp provides proof of the manufacture date which is 2020 not 2023 which was when it was sold thus it was an out of date battery never fit for purpose and completely dead but say a last trickle in the cells they are fully aware via photographic evidence the bank statement and bike computer images all sent and they have point blank refused to replace that battery they have absolutely defrauded here and yet think they can just refuse to replace this battery which they legally cannot do???

I will remove bad feedback if they send a brand new battery as was supposed to have been but wasn't, otherwise things are going forward in pursuing them in court.

Do Not Buy BEZIOR Bikes or any component from BEZIOR Bikes until I confirm they have amended this miss selling of the battery otherwise expect the same miss treatment I have been subjected to.

**UPDATE**
A serious note of importance DO NOT BUY these bikes the front break cable kept becoming loose and basically the thread wore so I took it into a bike mechanic he attempted lightly to add a nut with a washer to the broader hole created with that wear and "clink" it snapped the caliper arm in half with practically zero pressure in front my eyes he said it's disgustingly cheap material and has no place as a break caliper steel.

Unresponsive to customers' requests, it is just about selling and making a buck

In July 2022 I bought a Bezior xf800 fat-tire e-bike. An initial request to return the bike as I was not happy with the purchase was flatout denied.
In the meantime I have been giving the bike some moderate use, barely 2000 km on the odometer, and the battery starts to behave erratically.
Asking for some advice on how to test the battery and related components instead of receiving an answer to my request I am told that the battery is old and I should order a new one, 399 EUR. That would definitely make riding a kilometer on an e-bike more expensive than riding a car, not quite satisfactory as an answer and certainly not what I would expect as after-sales service.

TERRIBLE COMPANY, LIARS

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company, which I find absolutely terrible. I ordered a charger for the battery of my electric bike from them. On their website, they claim to be based in London and that shipments are dispatched from a European warehouse promptly. However, the reality is quite different: they are based in China and the waiting times are extremely long.

It took two weeks just to ship the order (the charger was IN PRODUCTION, which is absurd), and then more than another two weeks for the shipment to arrive. In total, it took over a month, compared to the one week advertised.

The customer service is truly awful: sparse emails, they don't follow up on the message threads, and they offer discounts of 1.50 EUR as a way to make amends... In short, a disaster.

I will never buy anything from them again.

Bezior, worst support ever!

Bought an X1000 bike, payment and delivery was no problem.
The problems started when i unpacked the bike.
The brake caliper was not aligning, the brake disc was not straight, you could see the impact on the cardboard, so probably shipping damage.
Battery cells where broken, under 25V in the 48V system, would not take charge.
Paint damages in frame and wheels.
Broken shifter.

These where problems that could fairly easily be fixed, but instead the support drags on forever, asking for more picture and videos of the same thing over and over again, but in different wordings.
This is the worst support i have ever seen, and they simply don't want to understand simple things.
I have now request a refund or new bike, since they seem uncapable of delivering spare parts to solve the problems that are obvious.

AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Go elsewhere

I would strongly advise against anyone purchasing a bike from this company. I received my bike last June, about a month after the original delivery date. At first it was fine but towards the end of September, the power assist started to fail intermittently. On getting in touch with the company, I was asked for videos and was sent various methods that were supposed to solve the problem, none of which worked. I continually requested a refund but they just ignored that. This dragged on until December when they sent me a part that was to do the job. Unfortunately the videos that they sent to show how to fit it were of no use. They then asked me to take it to a local repairer to get it done, for which they would pay, when I sent them the invoice, they didn’t send me the full amount. When I was able to get it done in January, it initially seemed fine. I was unable to use it for a few weeks due to poor weather and other circumstances, When I finally got back out on it at the beginning of this month, the same problem occurred. I contacted them again asking for a refund, they just asked for video again, which is completely pointless. They now appear to have stopped replying to me at all. While this was not expensive in comparison to many electric bikes, it was lot to me and was bought as a retirement gift, which has been largely unusable. I now regret not buying a bike from a local dealer and would strongly recommend doing that, rather than buying online from a company like this.

Bezior X-plus....Excellent e-bike

Excellent 1500 watt e-bike. Important weight, but the powerful engine manages it very well. The battery lasts long time, according to the manufacturer. Very pleasant ride and although it is a big bike it is easy to handle

Do not buy S500 scooter

Do not buy S500 scooter
Chinese lies as usual
Scooter is advertised as 35km/h but only goes 25km/h
And front suspension is absolutely useless
Rear bracket that holds mudguard has small screw and plastic, needless to say mine arrived broken and screw missing
