Says 15 days for delivery but delivery is delayed again. It's been at the sorting centre for 10 days in Shenzhen. They have no idea when it will arrive. Not acceptable.

I'm using bezior x500 pro bike since November of 2021.
It's great product and nicely experience.

I was very impressed with the Quality of the Bezior X500 Pro Folding Electric Bike! Also all the extras and accessories that came with the Bicycle to allow for easy assembly! It came with a bike stand pre installed and also mudguards and a light.In the assembly kit there was a full set of Allen keys and a proper wrench and a handy pump to allow for full set up.I just needed a 3 Pin Plug adaptor for Ireland.And being very minute there was a couple of small scratches on the frame but not very noticeable.

First the bad news. Delivery from Poland wasn't 2-6 days. More like 3 weeks. Took a week to send it. Then lost for a week. Then delivery went as expected with reasonable tracking from UPS.
Now the good news. The bikes (I ordered 2) arrived well packaged, looked amazing and were easy to assemble. Performance is awesome and range is good provided you aren't too greedy with the dual-motors.
Lastly, customer support did a good job of following up on the delivery delays.
Genuine company doing a good job to deliver good products at a good price.

Thank you for such great support, you have answered both by inquiries and also have been so very fast at shipping! Unbelievably fast; the battery arrived in less than 5 days, from Polland to Greece!

I bought the Bezior X1500 bike, and I'm super happy. -Fast delivery and no additional costs.
-Within the expected time.
-bike with power for my climbs home, from 40 meters to 290 meters of altitude.
-Battery capacity in eco-mode to go to the beach and back +- 60km
-And the best after-sales service, all questions answered by the assistance service (thanks guys bezior)
They made my walks much more interesting and addictive.

SCAM ALERT. They don't send the products we buy. After made the payment they do not respond anymore
