This story would probably be funny had it not been so sad. The driver came to deliver the goods and refused to give the second part of it claiming that the label was wrong (was the same on two pieces). Then when we agreed with the seller that we return the incomplete order, the driver refused to take part of the delivery back (claiming that this time he did not get the sticker to pick it up). When he was asked to come back and pick up the remaining part of the order again, he did come but instead of picking up the return he just walked past and did not pick it up at all (saying he will come back with the car in 20 minutes and never actually came back).
I thus advise the sellers to avoid using the services of BFT Logistik.

I wasn’t at home at the time of delivery, but the driver, Ali Mo, called me and not only ensured to deliver to the right place , but also thought ahead and put the packages under the roofed part of the entrance to shelter them from the upcoming rain. Good experience!

BFT Logistik provided me with updated information on the package location and delivery time throughout the process. The package was delivered in good condition to my designated drop-off point and inside the communicates time frames. Although I wasn't there to personally receive the package, it was neatly packed at the specified location. Good service! Thank you.

BFT was the courier of choice for delivery of my balcony furnitures. Twice they confirmed 4 hour delivery time slots, and twice they gave late cancellation notice simply telling me to be available the day after. Notice per no-reply text message of course. It is super arrogant to assume that recipients can simply be available at their convenience, yet that is what you would have to be when BFT is the courier. Their customer service is inept and does nothing to rectify the situation at all. Much to improve on. The driver who delivered the goods 3rd time around was pleasant tho.

The delivery is pre-noticed in 30 min, and the driver Ali Mo also send a photo to indicate placement afterwards, delivery on time and placed inside in a secure place, very satisfied:)
