Bad experience! My order didn’t arrive and I waited the whole day. I even asked the customer service at BILKA if the packet would still arrive on its estimated delivery date which was the 28.02.23. They said, yes and even contacted the driver who said he was running late. I honestly feel that it is so unprofessional to write an exact delivery date and even time estimate and not deliver on it. Also, it is weird to me that the driver would even think he could make a delivery, when he so clearly cannot. I totally understand when there is a delay but one of 5 hours? Without a word that the package is delayed! Unbelievable !

This company has sent me messages about delivering my package for the last three days and the package never showed up! This seems like a scam! Don’t order if they are the delivery company! Horrible service also!

Yesterday I got my order after 4 days delay, and yet, the guys didn't want to deliver the item to the front of the order and they wanted to throw it to the other side of the building when I kept insisting that the need to put it in front of the door, they were cursing, and they throw the package a couple of times

Got informed well in advance when it was coming, also received a call 3 minutes before the arrival, and the carrier helped me carry my package even. Thanks for the help!!! Great service!

Had the worst experience with baby crib delivery-it was delivered only with 3rd attempt! I needed to stay home all of these 3 days and wait, delivery was expensive because I paid to get it in special time slot. 1. delivery- driver opened his van and then said that he cannot find my order- huge box, that it is not there. 2. delivery- received sms that order will be delivered, but no one showed up. Interior shop said that my package is lost and they are looking for it... 3. delivery- order finally delivered! Was lucky to have kind and smart delivery guy Ali Mo- ***** for him!

I have my kontinental seng from BILKA which needs to be transported by BFT today 24.10.2022. The driver called me and said that I just have 2 minutes only, I have unloaded your bed in the parking lot because it is too heavy (according to him). I asked him plesae put that one in the side as if there is no problem for the cars to park. He can not just unload pallet in the parking lot. He said I can not do that. If somebody don't come and sign that you have received the bed then I will take it back. He just disconnected phone then. Very bad experience. The guy was so impolite while talking ang forced me to do what he has said. He is like a dictator and I felt like he has given me the things free so I have to accept what he said. That guy does not have any sense of customerservice. I have experience a very bad customerservice. I never recommend others to use this transport company unless they improve their staffs behavior.

I like the constant updates and mainly the fact that the driver called me to prepare myself for the delivery as he was approaching my address. Very very good!!

really quick service and friendly employees -despite the Jacobsen company that I purchased my table which did not manage to finalize this delivery on time
