In general I am happy with the frame. But sadly there was a big scratch on the glass when I unpacked it. They should check that before sending it off. But other than that I like it a lot.

Questionable quality
Ordered the coffee table photo album.
Seems like good quality for the money at first but the white lettering is extremely delicate and has already started peeling off after only a week.
It was covered with a cloth and hidden (meant to be a gift) so I'm not sure how this can even happen...

I orderd a Frame - after delivery i noticed the Box had a little damage. Unfortunately so did the Frame.
I took pictures and sent it to their email -Jens took care of it now i have a replacement Frame for my Art.

Low quality, no free returns
To advertise a frame as being "Oak", sell it for close to a hundred Euros, and then charge someone for a return when it turns out to be MDF with some cheap plastic cover is outrageous. Never again.

The Frame arrived damaged and the delivery sent the package to a store for pick up that was quite far away. So had to borrow a car to pick up the frame.

We're sorry to hear that you did not receive your order.
The parcel could not be delivered due to nobody being at home of the time of delivery, and was therefor dropped off at a parcel shop where it can be collected.
GLS should have informed you about the delivery attempt. I have sent you a private email with further information where the parcel can be collected.
Fast delivery, packaging could be a bit more carefully
I ordered two frames and they were packed together in one box.
Unfortunately the aluminium frame scratched the wooden frame a bit during transport.
Nothing to bad but maybe next time put an extra layer of bubble wrap so it doesn’t scratch anything during transport.
