This is my first time making a purchase at Bicicletta and they forgot to process the order so I had to send a follow up e mail. It’s on the way now, but kind of annoying.

Great product - this is my second time purchasing. The first was during the Kickstarter campaign and couldn't be happier! I just happened to leave my first one at a condo I moved out of, and immediately bought another one. Shipping was quicker than expected and product is just as great as the first time.

I ordered a POC helmet online. I purchased one that would be my normal size from other manufacturers. I found that their sizing seems to be too big. I ordered a smaller size and took my unused POC helmet back. No fuss, they took it back.

I've received only part of my order, really hope the second part has a delay and will be shipped soon. Let's just say that what's missing, is the important part and the pricey part.

I bought a new mountain bike from Bicicletta and have been nothing but impressed by their service before and after sales. It is located in BC and I am in Ontario and they took the time to help me out in every aspect. After a couple of months, I had a piece that broke and messaged them. Right away they responded to my message and have done everything they can to make the experience a valuable one. Shoutout to Cam Manson who has taken care of me. Service has been better then most local shops even though they are hours away by plane.

I recently purchase one of the few remaining 8speed shifters available around town, and received it in good time. Found out I didn't need it, and the return was even easier. The woman at the counter I dealt with was amazingly efficient, helpful and friendly. I pestered her with a bunch of other bike parts related questions, and she had answers for all. She really knew her stuff. Such a pleasure to deal with.

Also, has a quick chat at one point with someone asking questions about the part I was interested in, and same deal. Quick, smart and efficient - and friendly. Thanks to both. Will be back when the parts bug hits again! Cheers and stay safe all!!

Great online bike shop with a great product offering. My go to for parts, clothes and accessories. I'm in Ontario and all orders I've put through have shipped very quickly.

The folks at Bicicletta are great and were very attentive and helpful in getting me on the right bike, despite the craziness of the industry right now. Picking up my new bike was really fun, too — it felt really special to come in and go through everything with the team. The only downside was getting updates on where things were at from the shop. I would have really appreciated a little more (proactive) communication throughout the process, but was able to get what I needed by bugging them.

Website layout is easy to navigate and I don’t have any difficulty finding what I need because products are categorized properly. I bought several products from them and experience is consistently great. Products are well packaged and arrived on a reasonable time. Definitely one of my favourite Canadian online bike store. Actually appreciate the sticker that I got with my last order, it’ll be going on my tool box.
