We’ve been using BidSpotter for our online auctions and it’s been a solid platform for reaching a wide, serious buyer base. The system is reliable, bidding is transparent, and the timed auction format works well for both buyers and sellers. Support has been helpful when needed, and the exposure our lots get has definitely increased competition and results. A well-established platform that does exactly what it says on the tin.

Supreme Auction are major scams becareful
The titles for items on auctions are a lie, they will say might have power tools, knowing there is only screws and paint brushes. They say items are unopened yet everything I received was open. They took out all the good item and sent me rubbish, paid £70 plus £96 for delivery for a box of screws and paint brushes, major scam this place. Don't believe a word they say.

purchased a 5.5 excavator on ibidder paid £24500.
had delivered by private haulier. When delivered he was concerned about controls as did not work correctly.
on further investigation the excavator has major heath and safety issue. welding had been carried out on main structure very poorley and unsafe & and painted over .Control stick do not work in any way correctly plus loads of other problems contacted auctioneers and refuse to take any responsiblity for sellers description or the safe working , or incorrect description on listing.
They maintain its a trade to trade sale and take NO Responsibility for any description from sellers.
Absolute shower of shit
Do not bid as you have no rights to question your purchase. What ever it's condition

BIDSPOTTER and the scammers are the SAME COMPANY
Firstly there are genuine auction houses on there that I use regularly, however you can use their own websites too if you like instead. The majority of the items you will see on Bidspotter are from a group of ‘companies’ that are all shell companies for Bidspotter themselves.
Their stock reply of ‘we are just the platform it’s the auctioneers problem’ is a lie. The biggest con auctioneer was ASSET AUCTIONS for a while and companies house shows their trading name was BIDSPOTTER. I think asset auctions are now some of the other dodgy looking auctioneers on there, all advertising on Facebook and using fake names everywhere as well.
Do your research, use auctioneers running specific auctions for specific reasons not ones with seemingly endless supplies of plant and cars with no context.

Brought.a car online I was pleased …
I brought a car online from edwards and Gerald. The car was exactly as the pictures showed. They even sent me a live video that they took the morning of the day I collected the car. It only had 2 small problems, that was able repair. I was skeptical after reading other reviews. But it all worked out very well. Just be careful of the commission and fee changes. It would buy from them again

Absolute lack of customer service, selling broken, not working items and charging extremely high price for delivery, unreasonable high.

I raised a complaint with Bidspotter…
I raised a complaint with Bidspotter regarding the trading practices of one of their "auctioneers" - highlighting that this company were in effect retailers / wholesalers who were using bidspotters auction platform to circumvent the consumer trading legislation. I highlighted the ways by which this "auctioneers" practices were inconsistent with auction law, & asked why Bidspotter do not have clear and standard trading guidelines, and enforced those rules across their "auctioneers" - my complaints were disregarded on several occasions by Bidspotter who attempted to plead ignorance of the tactics and business practices of their "auctioneers" & independence of them. Bidspotter have full knowledge of all bids placed, & the online tactics of their "auctioneers", they provide the trading platform & because of this they have the ability to enforce rules and standards across it, they have the ability to weed out dishonest practices. My request was that there should be transparency regarding the involvement of the "auctioneers" in bidding, there should be full transparency & if a lot is subject to a reserve it should be clear that that is what the bidder is bidding against, rather than the shill bidding tactic which appears to be frequently used by some of the "auctioneers" using the platform. All concerns were refuted and it was impossible to speak to anyone who would take the disreputable practices of some auctioneers seriously. I would suggest caution to anyone who bids on bidspotter.
