This review is not about the Cortizo Cor Vision sliding door, or the Cortizo Bifold plus, or even the bespoke electric-operated roof, all finished in RAL 9006. These were all great choices, priced well, and Sam in sales did a great job selling the dream.

But without Anita, this review would have been completely different, as the delivery of the above hasn't been without incident. Since Anita took charge of my installation, things got back on track. She listened to our concerns, which led to a review of internal practices and to practical, realistic options that enabled us to move forward with more confidence toward a satisfactory conclusion. Whenever Anita promised to do something, she delivered and followed up with phone calls and emails. Above all, she has been honest, friendly and helpful even with matters that were of a technical nature.

Without Anita's intervention, we would be very unhappy with the experience, but she has turned things around, and Bi-fold are very lucky to have her as an employee.

Cortizo are quality bifold doors. The installation was good although the few snagging issues took longer to resolve than expected. I want to express my appreciation for Anita for her excellent customer service. She showed genuine empathy, attentiveness, and a real commitment to ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. While our project experienced some challenges including delays and site preparation issues, I want to commend Anita from the credit control team for her outstanding professionalism in resolving matters. She maintained excellent communication throughout, responded promptly to all queries, and took a genuinely solution-focused approach rather than being defensive. The team showed willingness to negotiate fairly, and all outstanding work items including the door lock issue were completed as promised.

The windows and doors are good quality and I'm pleased with the final result. With better project management and timeline adherence, this would easily be a 5-star service.

After receiving a quote and paying a deposit a surveyor was sent round to do accurate measurements and drawings. Once this was done i was given an estimated time of delivery and installation. True enough all went well and i have to admit the new bifold doors look beautiful. Once installation is finished you will need a decorator. I would recommend this company if you want quality aluminium bi-fold doors.

Got recommended the Bifold Door Factory through family who used them abroad. We wanted affordable sliding doors with as little frame as possible. After a visit to their showroom, we settled on the Cortizo Cor Vision Slider. The communication went smoothly. Manufacturing time was a bit long at 12 weeks, but this gave use time to prepare everything. These doors are the showstopper of the house. Everyone that comes in comments on them. They are very stylish and despite them being very large (1 panel measures h2.5m x w1.35m) it's not heavy sliding it open. Highly recommend!

Less said the better about my experiences with this company however once Anita arrived it changed.
Anita is unbelievably attentive and helpful. She genuinely cares about customers and certainly goes the extra mile. This was demonstrated by the way she dealt with my complaint about a third party fitter, whom she reported to a director who then contacted the 3rd party fitter who had ignored my contact for weeks and then miraculously contacted me. This was all due to Anita’s care and customer focus.
I’m sure given time she will improve this company’s customer service beyond recognition. Keep up the great work Anita.

Had a problem with the Schuco door locking. Phoned the offices and spoke with Dean who realised the importance of the issue and arranged for his team to visit and they promptly rectified the issue.

Was a great relief from the security aspect but really appreciated the expedited response from Bifold Door Factory.

Bifold Door Factory installed a bifold door, and within less than a year, the traffic door is tilting. It does not close properly, and the wind passes freely through the gap.
I contacted the Service Team, and for a month, they have not provided an answer.

Such great customer service from Sam Acharjee who got fitters out to sort out our door which had got stuck over winter. He sorted it out within 24 hours without any hassle or querying. Would recommend the company. We have 2great black bifold doors.

I had an issue with installation and lack of customer service, and I’m currently in touch with the company to get it resolved.

At this stage, my experience hasn’t met expectations, but I’m giving them the opportunity to make things right before leaving a final review. I’ll update this once the situation is resolved.

Paid the deposit and then spent several weeks chasing them to organise a surveyor, which I ended up having to organise myself a month after the initial payment. Didn't call me back a single time, despite their promises.

The customer service approach seems to be to tell you whatever they think you want to hear, and then just do nothing.

Given the delays and poor comms at the start, it was hard for me to trust them to deliver anything in a reasonable timeframe. Got a refund easily enough, but delayed my project by a few weeks.

I had a great experience with Bifold Door Factory. The team was professional, courteous, and handled installation challenges expertly. Although there were some delays, communication was excellent, and solutions were prompt. The doors look fantastic, and the attention to detail during installation was impressive. Highly recommend their service and quality products!

The process from start to finish was transparent and professional. From visiting the factory to the fitting was exceptional. Sam in sales, through to the survey and on to Yuri and his fitting partner made this a process of ease. Even when we had a problem, how quickly it was addressed and remedied was superbly dealt with. An onsite problem by my fault was addressed and a solution offered to my satisfaction. Great job all round !

Very professional and fast process

Had 2 bi fold doors a sliding door and lantern fitted to my extension. Went for cortizo plus range. Other company's supplying same range were almost a third more expensive. The install was great however had some manufacturing defects that they return three times to sort without issue. Would definitely recommend to others. Best price and best customer service I've experienced from a business. Not one to leave reviews but felt it deserved it. Thanks Nick
