The product I ordered did not fit my needs. I reached out to BigaMart and was more than satisfied with their response. I will use this site again for future purchases.

First is Bigmart's product offerings and second is their service. I made an honest purchasing error and they worked with me to find a solution that satisfied both of us. I'm now loyal to their brand and will be back for more. Check them out!

From the beginning, Bigamart, have been efficient in everything asked of them. Ok, there was delay with customs, but we all have to live with that.

The product I ordered (water filters) were drop shipped from Amazon. They arrived crushed in a paper envelope. When I tried to sign back on to request a refund their emails went to spam with a warning about the website. It was very hard to get a response for the refund. They are difficult to deal with and although the units were shipped within the US, I have to ship to the UK to get a refund.

I bought a cushion that was $ 54.00 incl shipping and stated pay with a credit card and I did. Then I get a Charge for 93.40. Adding 25.of plus for shipping then it stated Pay Pal.This is a huge scam and I will blog them until they stop the thief’s.
