Bigchange has revolutionised our operations and improved productivity of the workforce

Overall, I cannot recommend Bigchange enough for any business looking to streamline their operations and improve efficiency. The user-friendly interface, robust features, and dedicated support team make it stand out from other similar products in the market.

One of the standout features of Bigchange is the Scheduling module, which allows us to easily assign tasks to our field-based staff, track their progress in real-time, and ensure that all jobs are completed on time. The job management and invoicing modules have also helped us to streamline our processes and reduce manual errors in our billing.

The CRM module has been essential in helping us to keep track of all our customer interactions and ensure that we are providing top-notch service at all times. The Fleet Management module has also been a game-changer for us, allowing us to keep track of our vehicles, monitor fuel usage, and schedule maintenance tasks.

Extremely unhappy with our experience.

Extremely unhappy with our experience.
Mis sold on what they could do for our business despite us being very clear on what we required from CRM.
Communication from all departments seems disjointed and a lack of response from our emails.

We have been unable to use the CRM as they could not produce the very specific documents our business requires despite being told they could.

Fantastic support

Fantastic support from all on the support team and also higher management. Nothing is too much for them, and always receive a response in a timely matter whether its a phone call or email. We have been a customer for 6 years and have been supported through a further 2 company set ups and then a merger with little to no issues arising due to constant help.

The Change was Good

We have been working with Big Change now for approximately 8 months. It's working really well for both our Field Service Engineers and office staff, making the whole process more streamlined. Really helpful staff - always quick to respond to any issues we may encounter.

Implementation & support

Joining our business mid-use/implementation could of been a real challenge, but after catch up meeting & weekly development meetings with Luth & Amelia were in place we are making headway & its a positive experience. The package is good base for service engineer business model, keeping us informed of developments & upgrades should see us getting the best for our business

Glad we took the plunge to switch over to BC!

We took the bold decision to move over to Big Change in 2022 & have seen the benefits of this in so many ways. The support we receive from the roadcrew & tech support is fantastic.. yes there are some areas I see could do with improving, like all systems out there, however the difference we have seen is they listen to suggestions & some have already been added. They keep us in the loop of development regularly. The difference it has made to our scheduling, outstanding works tracking is far superior to what we previously had. Having the all in-one tracking & app with stock control has been a key factor to it's success for us as a business.
Our accounts manager Oliver is very helpful and always on hand when I need help.

BigChange is a fantastic one stop…

BigChange is a fantastic one stop platform that enables us to run jobs, invoice and resource/workload staff efficiently. Using the one platform also provides us with more accuracy with business performance by drilling down on data through Analytics and Reporting.
You can easily use the software as an off the shelf package but for us it provides greater flexibility by allowing us to build in a bespoke elements. We could not achieve this without the assistance of our amazing BigChange contact Lizzie. Personally, working with Lizzie is a great experience and I really enjoy collaborating and designing new elements with her and seeing them finally realised and build in.

BigChange, Outstanding

We have been using BigChange for 7 years now and every year its gets better. The job cards are so easy to use and also create, giving your clients what they need. From integration with other platforms like Xero to the tracking of vehicles, BigChange really does have it all.

I Have never used a CRM system that hits all aspects that you require, and the support is excellent.
