Took our money! No food!
Ordered from big foodie and we ordered from a restaurant that apparently hadnt been on there for some time. They took the money off us and we cannot even sort out getting the money back for 3 days! We wasnt even notified they hadnt been working with big foodie until we tried ringing the restaurant!

Very disappointed!
We've used Pings for over 10 yrs, our family meal was spoilt by missing food. It was delivered later but by the time it arrived the rest of our order was cold.

Shang Hoi House - Coventry
Best Chinese takeaway I've had in years (possibly ever)! Even the soup was stellar. Also arrived very quickly - astonishingly fast considering the high quality of the food.
Could not recommend Shang Hoi House enough!

The driver left food by the door! I asked why- he reply contactless! That is bullsh+t! Restriction has been long changed! I want to know his name and have a coffee with him! He might have diarrhoea and in a rush but I want to know!

DO NOT USE!!!!
First time user and never again. After 90 minutes I called Wah Ying takeaway in Yeaovil to see where my order was only to be told it had been delivered to a different address. Spoke to takeaway who said it was not their problem as the food had been delivered. Spoke to customer service who said nothing they can do as no-one available with the authority to sort it out until after the Bank holiday. So here I am with no food and out of pocket until they will allegedly respond to my e-mail. Won't jold my breath on that one!!!!

Always good food and so happy the deliver to my area. So many options. Especially when you order a set menu but you can choose what you would like instead of just having an actual set menu and helps to try different things.
