Buyer beware this is a scam business. I got charged USD when it showed AUD price. Then no confirmation order instead got a ...Opps something is wrong email but they charged my debit card . Can't reach customer care and no response. Lost $400 dollars SCAMMERS

I ordered two hoodie sets as gifts for my grandsons 19th birthday. The photos accompanying the advertised items falsely lead me to believe I was ordering sweats/fleece material product.
What I received looks like fleece lined shiny trash bag material and they refuse to provide me a full refund for my purchase.
Beware of this vendor!!!!👎🏿

Product was not as ordered and not as shown. Contacted them and was offered $10 to go away. Appealed through PayPal, which usually fixes it, BUT they are requiring us to pay to ship back to Japan....almost the cost of the hoodies. No other appeal possible. DO NOT BUY. EVEN PAYPAL WILL NOT PROTECT YOU. Total Garbage. Will rethink using PayPal in the future too.

They advertise that there is a 30 day return policy but they do not honor it. I contacted them within an hour of receiving a product that looks nothing like the advertised. Now they will not refund my money, they offered me $10 out of $54 and told me that they were out the shipping cost when my receipt shows I paid the shipping!!

Ive bought from them before and got my two t shirts in 2weeks so i thought i would now buy a few more things and spent a bit off money, now ive been waiting over 2mouths now and paid for fast track. I emailed them asking where my goods are they replied its running late and on route and sent me tracking infomation i then asked to get back the money i spent on fast track as its not here as promised im now not getting any reply and by looking at tracker it looking like im going still be wait a longtime to resive goods.
Dont buy from here in bluk as you may be waiting for ever to resive your goods i order from temu a week after i order this and got that longtime ago both coming from china, i will say this never again..

I BROUGHT THREE ITEMS, AND THE QUALITY OF THE ITEM WAS HORRIBLE.

I REQUESTED A REFUND, AND THEY OFFERED $20 TO SETTLE MY REFUND WHEN I SPENT OVER $100.

I would never buy anything from this company and if you do decide to buy from this company, don’t expect a refund if you’re not pleased with the product because they only give you like 5% terrible just terrible

Order never received. I order on 11-3-25 and it's been over 3 weeks and nothing. Needed the outfit for a funeral but I had to go find something else. It's honestly ridiculous.

Horrible!!! Stay away. Never received order. Never responded to several emails sent.

My actual rating for Biggmans is zero stars. This was the worst experience of my life.
Firstly they kept giving me a tracking number that did not work. I could not find out where my parcel was.
Secondly the clothing I ordered came two months late.
Thirdly the quality was extremely poor and the fit was extremely poor. It was like they picked my clothing out of the trash.
I actually think this service is a scam.

The reviews are just as they say they are..
Shipping HORRIBLE (said I’d get my item in 3-5 days but still have yet to receive it)
Communication EVEN WORSE (emailed them they basically said be patient)
This company needs a complaint to the better business bureau because this is LITERALLY robbery and false advertisement

Ordered a shirt and a two piece outfit took two months for them to ship it and then when I received it was only the shirt when contacted them they told me it's been delivered and I told them it wasn't they just ignored my email

It will be two months next week. These people keep telling me to wait and I don’t get my order. I purchased insurance for the order from them and they won’t even honor it. This company is nothing but crooks!!! They got my money and they don’t care if I ever get my order.

I will NEVER order from this site and I would recommend anyone else to think twice about buying anything from Biggmans. Nice line of clothing but No customer service response, No tracking and it takes forever to get merchandise. This was my first and my last time dealing with Biggmans!!

The customer service was absolutely great! They stayed in touch until I received my items which were frikin awsome! Definitely ordering more!

No communication. No delivery date. No tracking. Sent to "shop" app for tracking and there is no info on tracking there. Its been 20 days and nothing.

I ordered two outfits the beginning of September and to date I still have not received anything! I have emailed back and forth with someone named Janko, whi has told me that I would receive my order in 8 days, then it was 12 days, then it was back to 8 days, then it was back to 12 days, and the mist recent from a few days ago, said 12 days again.
It's a scam, but luckily I reported it to my bank as fraud, and they gave me my money back.

I will never buy from Biggmans again. Shipment originally appears to be coming from the US and took nearly 6 weeks to arrive, far after the themed event I ordered for. When Customer Service was contacted about a return, they refused stating return shipping was too much. They offered a $10 credit, which I refused and requested a full refund. At this point their customer service stopped responding. Shirts were small, even after adjusting for non-US sizing

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed an order 08/30/2025. It’s 10/06/2025, I still haven’t received my order. They continue to lie stating that it will be here in 12 days.

Purchased a mans and woman’s hoodie set from them. Only got the hoodie, no pants. It clearly states that it comes as a set! Contacted cs and was told i had only purchased the hoodie?! After 6-7 emails going back and forth they claimed it was their fault (which it was and is still) and claimed they were going to ship me the pants? Well, still haven’t got them and no reply from the company! It’s been almost two months now! Don’t buy from them!!!

I just received the two hoodie sets I ordered a month ago. I ordered sizes up, which I didn't have to. They seem to be decent quality, but we'll see. Over all I'm satisfied.
