Be informed

The first thing to consider is they are based in china. There is almost zero customer service. I placed an order 21 days ago and was told I would receive it in 12 days. I wrote and asked why I could not track my order no tracking is available. I am now told it will be another 12 days. I'm going to request a refund through PayPal. There is also no link inside of PayPal track my order.

Complete scammers

I would NOT give any stars if i could.
Im seeing a trend. Female customers dont get any answers, no tracking, and are waiting for weeks at a time. I wish I could upload my purchase and correspondence via email only (they won't call me) my 1st order was placed Aug 12th about 3 days later the sent an email saying something went wrong with my order. No explanation I emailed back asking for elaboration along with a screenshot of my order placed and purchase stamp on the invoice. NO RESPONSE on Aug 24th I tried again and checked back every day to see if there was an order confirmation and tracking. Nada, 2 weeks later I email them they respond with just wait 8 days from today. Its on the way. 8 days later I sent another email asking wtf?!!! They said wait a couple more days couple days later they said the same thing.
I dont understand how they can do business this way.
I just got another email from them 9/17/25. They are now saying 12 more days.
I think they're hoping I will forget.

Would give no stars items haven't arrived despite being ordered on the 29th July its now the 9th September was suppose to be here in 12 days emails I've sent to find out about order only say from janko be patient another 8 days this has happened twice no information on tracking number thats it's even on its way, and insurence I took out is pointless as you cant claim as there's no way to get an invoice my account information telling me my email address is not right

Never Again!

I ordered a cowboy shit on 8.4.2025. It is now 8.23.2025, I still don't have the shirt. Reached out to customer service only to be told to be patient. Up YOURS!..you got the money, where is the shirt? I am going on vacation iin 5 days. I bought the shirt for the journey. NEVER AGAIN!

this company may at one time conducted great business, but just recently the company promised delivery in 12 business days. At this time it has been 32 days and the response was so casual as if its not a big deal that they told me another 8 days for deliver. So if you need your items within a month this is not the place to order from.

Scammers

It's absolutely sad how these people take consumers money and you don't send out merchandise. I emailed them a total of 5 times and threatened to give them a bad rating. Evince July 8, I have been waiting on my son's Jersey. I have been getting the runaround. The Better Business Bureau here in the United States needs to know what they are doing so they can have their Page shut down. You don't even get a tracking number from these people . I'm going to do a Facebook post and let people know how dishonest and trustworthy you they are.

Where is my outfit?

On July 10, I ordered an outfit for my son’s trip to London. It was a short sleeve polo short set plus size extra large for $40. I pay PayPal $45.19 I never receive the outfit. I contacted them on July 17, then again on July 31 Then again on August 5 and August 6 asking for a refund I have not yet received the outfit or a refund I contacted PayPal. They asked me to contact the merchant to get a refund. They have not contacted me back or sent the outfit. They are absolutely horrible. My son went on his trip without the outfit And it was a birthday gift. I am so disappointed never never order from this company.

The company website makes eveything very easy. The only thing I would look into is when someone orders the wrong size or color to please get back to the customer saying the order has been corrected. I myself ordered the wrong size. I've written twice asking to change the size and I haven't received an answer as of yet. Other than that, love the site.
