We really like these products
We really like these products. We started with the Buckwheat Penne but now our favorites are the Buckwheat Shells and Ramen. The one trick we have learned is to NOT cook it for the time on the box. We usually take it off in about half the time for a delicious al dente pasta. We also like some of the vermicelli and cappelini pasta as well. Thank you for some great products.

Rotation diet requires single ingredients
I love your selection of single ingredient pastas. I am on a rotation diet and your selection of pastas has added variety to my menu. Your sweet potato pasta is a little like chewing on rubber bands, but it's still nice to have the alternative for days when I go grain free. You seem to do a good job keeping products in stock. Your customer service is wonderful and your website navigates well. I wish you would reduce your minimum order for free shipping to $50. Other than that I'm very happy with my experience with Big Green Organic Foods. I sure wish you would do a millet cracker. But I'm assuming making crackers means different investment in equipment. I'm just saying I would love to have some. Keep up the great work!
