Very frustrating experience. I provided all the requested details and photos of my car, and spent a considerable amount of time on the phone discussing the sale.
But once they took it they stay playing low ball
We decided £2000 for audi but once they had it they drop it to £400
They told ne it have so many faults but in reality it have nothing

Once they took your car they play with you… if you say you are not agree with the price they will hold the car for atleast 15-20 days each day £20-25 eventually you have to give them car…. Even then you have to make 100 calls for payment
What even worse they will say you come by court
So they can charge you parking for those days as well

communication very good chloey ? was brilliant kept me well informed and the man that came to asses the car was also polite and helped me with payment i cannot reccomend this company above 10 stars

Couldn’t believe how easy it was, got a quote (which was better than any others I had received) and had picked it up within 5 days. Andrew from Driiveme came to check the car and take it away, he was more than helpful and I am so pleased with the whole process/service. Couldn’t recommend them more!

I have to say my experience, with Big wants your car, was excellent. From the people on the phone, who were very helpful and friendly. To the guy who picked my Audi up, everything was extremely professional. Paid more than I had been offered anywhere else. The whole process was easy, we agreed a price that was considerably more than the main dealers offered, they came and inspected the car, paid what was offered and within minutes it was in my account.

Good communication and fair price, no trying to knock the price down on seeing the vehicle and quick payment through secure link. Collection driver was lovely, very efficient and friendly and phone communication with the company was excellent. I had a bad experience with webuyany car who tried to knock £800 of the online value but would def recommend BIGWANTSYOURCAR.

Brilliant - very quick and easy also the money which we agreed was paid in under 1 minute into my account. Also the courtesy driver Vesaal was brilliant

Absolute joke, I’d do -5 if I could, initially went through the process with them to get a silly offer nearly £10,000 below what the car sold for elsewhere, they pestered me for a month asking if it had been sold yet and at this point it hadn’t, so we replied to the email and they sent us an updated offer which was more reasonable and told us to call up, so we called and waited for ages and had the call keep being cut off, so I tried a different department who was incredibly rude and then went on to say that it wasn’t in the profile to buy and that I should go somewhere else, I’ve seen other reviews saying similar. Absolute waste of time and I’d rather set fire to a car I’m driving then use these idiots again.

I wouldn’t waste your time. I tried for a week to sell my car, filled in all the forms ect I needed to. Constantly got cut off, Then was told today they won’t buy my car because I don’t have 7 service histories. Waste of time.

Sold my car with ease at a price I was very happy with. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent with no haggling over price and realistic expectations about normal wear and tear to a vehicle…special mention to Chloe who handled my sale and Andrew the freelance assessor who collected the vehicle and explained everything. After being let down by motorway, I was recommended to Big by a friend. I was called straight away, and got a much better offer than I got from other. Lots of clear communication and the chap that collected the car was great. Would recommend and use again 100 times.

If I could leave no stars i would, after trying to get offers for my car, I was contacted by these clowns. An offer was made, lots of pictures taken and submitted, was told someone would be in touch to arrange collection. Nothing yes nothing happened. Except numerous emails from them telling me that they wanted the car and they were looking forward to selling it and had anyone been in touch. I eventually called them only to be told the person dealing with me was on a break and would return my call in about 30 mins. After 4 hrs of silence I called them again, she again was busy however the chap on the phone told me they would not buy it, as the company buying profiles had changed and that they were no longer buying this type of vehicle. Be careful very careful when trying to deal with these guys! never a deal till the money is paid, do not count on them....you might be dissapointed

Made selling my car super easy. Offered me more money than what I asked for, and stuck to that price all the way through the process, no trying to haggle the price down. Driver came to collect the vehicle at the best opportunity for me and for free, and didn't leave until I recieved full payment from the company. Easy, efficient and super friendly customer service.

Excellent experience from start till end, just upload pic provide correct details they will make offer if you are satisfy they will move to collection, and no unreasonable issue finding very straight evalution and i was paid what i was offered, but yes mt car was in fantastic condition;)

Brilliant service. Sold car within a week after first getting the confirmed quote (which was more than Motorway). No value taken off at collection (send the pictures AND video to get the most accurate quote).

The Driver, Richard from DriiveMe, was brilliant. Very friendly and honest. Collection was completed on-time, within 30 minutes, and funds in my account straight away. The PayIt link they use for payment is a great, secure, system (although, use Edge instead of Chrome, or the link won't work).
