Professional approach but starting to get expensive.

Hmm, Jane was very professional and thoroughly knew her products. However, I'm surprised and disappointed to hear that the hob fan unit is not covered, you can't have a hob without one! Also, with your yearly charges going beyond £400, it's time for me to rethink and look around next renewal.

AVOID!!! Be careful.

Please be careful when using this company to insure any of your items. They will lool for any reason not to pay out or support. As we established they were not going to pay out, I asked to cancel. They then took additional pay out from me and are refuse to return. I have a strategy to take money off their clients using unfair and unmoral ways. I have placed a complaint but they have ignored the main reasons.
