Helen was very patient with me; I have a condition called dysarthria, which means that I can struggle to get my words out. The phone line wasn't very good either, so I I had to repeat myself on many occasions. We got there in the end, and I'm happy with the terms and know that my kitchen appliances are fully covered.

I had a query with the quotation l was given to repair my double oven .I contacted customer services and spoke to a young lady by the name of Gemma who was very helpful and offered excellent customer service and with her gentle persuasion we came to an agreement and I did not cancel my contract.,she is an asset to the customer service team which goes a long way in keeping customers happy keep up the good work.

It was a very good experience to talk to an articulate human being with good social skills. After several phone calls that couldnt be finalised, Rosanna remained friendly, patient and helpful talking me through the transaction with ease. She left me with a sense of continuity and confidence in the company.
