really good deals and variety of stuff that you can buy but you should work on your custom bike software and some times things sell out to quickly so you need to have more units of specific item on sale cus some things are just so hard to buy

Delivery and communication TERRIBLE!
Purchased running watch, paid extra for express postage, watch was supposed to arrive within 2 days, after 7 days still no watch. Onto my 3rd email now, have not heard back from them at all. Terrible customer service, as long as they have your money they do not seem to care anymore :(.

In fact, however, you selected standard delivery rather than express delivery. The delivery time shown is 1–3 working days.
Unfortunately, we would have exceeded this delivery time by one working day. However, you digitally refused to accept the parcel, and it is now on its way back to BIKE24, having been returned to us on 3 July 2026. The refund will now also be processed as soon as possible.

Good offers made for an enticing purchase. I've started by looking at pedals but ended up buying more stuff.
Product descriptions clear and standardised this makes it easy to compare and find what you need.
Helpful filters that actually work plus categories in the sales part with sub-categories that make pinpointing what you need an easy task. On the last topic a bit unclear where for example the helmets were, but then again a bit of browsing made for other purchases.

Fast ordering and fast delivery (for a fee, but 10€ extra to get 1 day shipping from Germany to southern Spain is pretty great). At first I wasn’t certain all the items could be sent in one day, but the order completed, and it did arrive as expected. I think one can trust that the interface won’t let you pay for service speed it can’t fulfill.

Lately, I've unfortunately had nothing but negative experiences with your platform. Right now, one of my packages, which I ordered two weeks ago, has apparently gone missing. I reported the issue a week ago, but I still haven't received any reply to the email I sent to your support team.
It's incredibly frustrating to spend so much money and then feel like I'm being completely ignored.

I placed my order on 17 June. I paid hundreds of euros and 10 workdays later my parcel is nowhere (within EU). Costumer support does not answer.
Poor costumer service. Poor choice of delivery partners.

package shipped to a pickup point instead of my address... without specifying the pickup point... there are 7 dhl pickup point in my city.
Managed to find the proper pickup point by phone calling one of them.
Parcel resulted opened... yet everything inside.
I recommend to change the shipping partner.
