package shipped to a pickup point instead of my address... without specifying the pickup point... there are 7 dhl pickup point in my city.
Managed to find the proper pickup point by phone calling one of them.
Parcel resulted opened... yet everything inside.
I recommend to change the shipping partner.

I can also see from the tracking information that this is what happened. The parcel was delivered directly to a collection point without any attempt being made to deliver it to you. However, I am very pleased that you eventually received your order and that it was complete.

Ordered expensive bike 16.06 early…
Ordered expensive bike 16.06 early morning. I asked 5 times in the email and 2 times call them to make sure delivery can happen within promised time due to coming event and my travel. I was all the time ignored with recorded statements. No one really care. I can understand they cannot accelerate delivery but I cannot understand why they are not following own rules for delivery date and not communicate properly.
Tomorrow is the last day for delivery and status is still "In Bearbeitung"...
