I placed an order on Sunday, and the expected delivery time was 2–4 days. Today is Friday, and according to the DPD tracking status, the parcel has not even been collected yet.
The shipment from Germany to Poland is somehow routed through Prague, and obtaining any reliable information is practically impossible. The Polish customer support line might as well not exist — the only available contact options are in English and German, and there is no chance of reaching a Polish-speaking consultant.
Overall, no one seems to know anything, and there’s a complete lack of transparency and support. Very frustrating experience.

Bike package was wrecked by DHL
The courier company (DHL) had completely wrecked the bike package parcel. I did not sign the shipment off nor did I accept to collect it. I have informed Bike24 and Klarna about the situation and expect a hassle free cancellation and no cost whatsoever to my part for anything. Although it was presumably DHL's fault that the shipment was wrecked I must say that the carboard box that the bike had been sent in looked rather flimsy and when the personnel at the DHL package terminal showed me the box I could hear the bike freely moving inside the box. I don't think I will order bikes from Bike24 and decided to go with Canyon. At least their shipping boxes seem to be more durable (although I doubt even they won't survive the handling my order seemed to have gone through) and their customer service is better.

Waiting for a month, didnt get anything
Ordered garmin watches to be delivered to Cyprus, they took my money, send the package and then it was returned to the destination because it has battery in it as per their support. I assume they need either not allow to make an order or use a proper shipment method... So I was waiting a month and then forced to order it somewhere else
Upd: They refused to reship it and I am still waiting for a refund..

Happy with customer service
I ordered already 3 times at Bike24. This time I ordered a rack and some straps to attach drybags on my bike. The straps had a deficiency and broke very quickly while doing a first test just at home, while letting my drybags attached for one night. I contacted customer service which relplied quicky and immediately reimbursed the money for the broken straps. Good service, can only recommend!
