Huge variety of products
Huge variety of products, good prices. Great service on all aspects, goods replacement .
Only issue was that my goods ordered were returned back by the DHL service due to category of products that could not be transferred by air. This should have been mentioned on site prior to ordering them.
Even after return BIKE24 returned the whole amount. I will certainly order again as service is quick and easy.

Funny shipment from Bike24.de
On 27.5.2026 I received order no. 226635266 (10 pieces of suspension forks - OEM packaging without boxes). Both shipments arrived damaged, due to completely sloppy storage/fixing of the forks. The forks were carelessly stacked on top of each other. The forks moved in both boxes and damaged each other. All ten pieces are damaged. All forks have various damages to the lower legs and crown. Unfortunately, some of the forks also have damaged inner legs.

I didn't receive the parcel
My name is Roman and I live in Cypus. I placed and paid the order NO. 126275491 on 4th of May (303,89 € is total amount). Only on 19th of May the Bike24 sent my parcel devided by two ones using DHL. Yesterday, on 28th of May I found information in tracking service that the one of the parcel was returnd to sender and second one doesn't any updates. What's going on??

One star down as in 2026 there is only paypal and amazon pay. Miss Google Pay button (probably Apple pay is also missing) as this should be standart for EU eshop. This way I always need to find plastic card in wallet and type the numbers.

Very poor customer experience. Can't choose shipping method. Expensive item (2000€) sent internationally via Deutsche Post instead of carrier. After 7 days still no sign of package.

Six-year customer — order arrived in unacceptable condition, refund from earlier order still outstanding
I have been a Bike24 customer for over six years and this is the first time I am writing a public review. Two unresolved issues across recent orders:
Order 226596980 — handlebars arrived in a box that had clearly been previously opened. User manual missing. Most of the supplied hardware does not match what should ship with this product, and the computer mount hardware is missing entirely. As delivered, the item is not usable. The combination of opened packaging, missing manual and incorrect hardware raises a legitimate question as to whether this was sold to me as new but had in fact been previously opened or returned. The brake set in the same order also arrived with a disconnected line and brake fluid leaked inside the packaging — I absorbed that one and bled the system myself, but it points to a pattern.
Order 226452024 — item SRA520787 was returned to Bike24 several weeks ago using their own prepaid return label. The refund has still not been processed. The returned item was unused, unopened.
I have raised both issues with customer service directly and am awaiting a response. I will update this review based on how Bike24 handles the resolution. After six years and significant spend, I expected better.

Bought a wetsuit that was on sale, received the package very fast but item had a small cut in it so contacted customer service. Got a fast reply that I could return the item and get a full refund or keep it as it was the last one in stock and instead get a discount on my purchase and some wetsuit neopreen glue which was a nice gesture.
