i purchased my cube mtb from…

i purchased my cube mtb from Bikester,and they were great and very helpful,sadly not any more i tried to contact them to get some information on the brake pad ref number and found you can no longer contact them by phone,will not be going back there for spares.

Customer service "CLOSED DURING SUMMER" so the ENTIRETY of the summer which is now over and they are STILL closed. Unacceptable, this is equivalent of not having a customer service at all!

i ordered products from bikester.se

Hi , I am from thailand and i visit Sweden for a while.
i ordered some products from bikester.se in August

The address is from my Swedish boyfriend who will pick up the delivery

the delivery has 3 packages of them to Malmo Sweden

i got 2 packages properly

but the last package reached the post office but i did not get the sms then they cant give me the last package

lately i found out that the package has been returned

So what shall i do to get it back ? Because i dont want to cancel them. I wrote to customer service (se) for many days, but no response.

i'm a little worried because i will go back to Asia within 3 weeks.

When I search for your email address and invoice number, I can't find any contact.

Orders from Germany are notified by email, and this has been done 3 times when the shipment was available for pickup.

I recommend getting the PostNord app where you can easily track all your deliveries both linked to your phone number as well as email addresses.

The shipment has been returned to us and you have been refunded. Therefore, please reorder to receive the item.

Bikester has a terrible customer…

Bikester has a terrible customer service.

Not only do I have to wait 12 days for each email response (which were highly unsatisfactory replies) they closed their entire phone service down for the summer! Hence, I made my order in june, and I still don't have a functioning product and the entire summer has passed.

Their reply - if you are unhappy with our products then you had 30 days to send it back. If any other website has your product, I would go with that one instead.

Awful customer service!!

Awful customer service!!! They sell things which are out of stock and in the end they do not even inform you. So you might wait for months without anything. When you contact with customer service, as if you talk with a robot, not human. They are not even apologizing, not focusing on any solution. Never again!

Avoid them! No customer support, unacceptable business practices.

I had difficulties with getting my parcel. There is no phone number for customer support so i could not call them!
I emailed them for help with the delivery company or just to remove the block from my parcel and this is what they said (let me quote word by word ) :
"We are able to remove it, but we never do it."
That is all they wrote in their reply, and they just left it like that.....
How is this acceptable? How can you say that to a customer?
I would never again give them my money. Not ever!

Buy somewhere else.. srsly

I bought a mtb in april and after 2 month the tire exploded (the tube included). I got in touch with the company in hopes of understanding my situation and get a new tire because I had only used the mtb on asphalt too and back from work. All I got back was that I had to blame myself and that I could buy another tire from them. I asked if they at least could compensate me with free shipping but got no answer. I find bikester to have bad customer service. There are so many bike shops online with better service so I recommend that other go somewhere else to get their bikes.
Update: They finally agreed to get me free shipping and recommended me what tire to get. And so the tire came but whitout tube.. how the fudge should I know I had to get a tube as well? Shouldnt they in that case recommend me what tube to get as well as the tire? So fed up. So according to Bikester the tire and tube exploded because of some source of heat.. Yea, buy your stuff elsewhere srsly.

Bikester is brilliant!

Bikester is brilliant!!

FIVE orders in just over a year with my most recent order only 4 days ago makes Bikester one of my FIRST places to visit online for sportswear!

I love using the Bikester website and they have absolutely fantastic products. Everything is well packed and delivered in rapid time!

The products are top quality and I find it hard to look anywhere else as Bikester have just what I need when I need it!

The deals they have are amazing and they even send out extra discount codes to make a great deal an even better deal!!

I will definitely be back in 2022 to order more from Bikester and I will always recommend them to anyone who is into sports!

Don't buy anything on bikester!
I paid 152 € and never got my staff, I'm still waiting.
The phone number is fake, they tell you you are the next one in cue and leave you with the music, I tried many times leaving the phone for more than 30 minutes and never got the chance to speak with anyone!
I sent 4 mails and after 2 weeks, still no answer...
But I already paid, so they really don't care and I have no idea how to get my money back.

Excellent Shoe Shopping Experience

I have had very good experiences with Bikester. When I needed new shoes for mountain-biking, I selected a good number of alternatives on the website and added to my profile. I then visited my local shop, where a very helpful sales person assisted me in selecting the shoes that would suit me best, even if those particular shoes were not available at the store at that time. I narrowed my choices down to two possible shoes and ordered them on-line. One of them was a perfect fit for my for my admittedly unusual feet. The other pair, I sent back and I paid for the ones I kept, which were on sale. In fact, I kept them in my on-line profile, so that when the price dropped even more, I bought a second pair for even less. I was also impressed that the shop assistant advised me against buying some other pieces of clothing that I inquired about, and pointed me towards a simpler and more economical alternative. That's the kind of thing that gives trust in a seller, as opposed to the ones who are just trying to make you buy as much as possible.

I do NOT recommend bikester.se

I do NOT recommend bikester.se for the following reasons:
1- There is no phone number to contact them.
2- They don't respond to emails.
3- Their Stockholm's store does NOT answer phone calls.
4- There is NO information available about bikes' insurance on bikester.se website.
5- I ordered 9 items, including a bike, but one item did not work. I could NOT get hold of customer service to discuss my alternatives.

Customer service does not respond, unable to book a return of a bike - feeling cheated

Our order BSE3504546 has been nothing but trouble. The products were fine, but we found out that they did not suit our needs. (Rider is a too tall for their bike.) We were confident that we could make a return. And contacted them well within the 14 day return window (given by law) to book a time for our bike being picked up by the post.
Days of wait, only automatic responses to e-mails and no functioning way to call the company. So the bike is still here and we feel like we have been ignored and cheated out of our money. Until that feeling is alleviated by booking a return (as the website describes should happen), we cannot rate anything else than 1 star.

They go (cycle) an extra mile for you!

Bought Shimano’s Saint pedals online with pick up at Nacka shop. The service personnel went an extra mile to fit them on my bicycle at no extra charge. In meantime gave me some useful advice on the problem I needed to consult.
Helpful and efficient staff, highly recommended place for your bike issues.
