Good Products but bad service

Good Products.
Very bad Customer Experience! They never sent me a particular product & never sent me a refund as well.

Everything came separately and whenever you contact customer service it takes a long time to get back the answer and it is inaccurate (as they did not talk about the aforementioned products delivery or refund in spite of mentioning it in the email)

I have no news from my order

I have no news from my order so I made it again I still have no news from a week so I try to called them every day and send emails but I never got an answer I finally decided to send them to cancelled all my purchasing then I suddenly received two facture saying I will receive twice the same order
It’s is incredible avoid this website at any price it’s a trap and impossible to contact customer service

Very good online shopping

Very good online shopping, a little weird to find some bike parts but good with good prices. My items were shipped in two different days so they got to the picking up place in different days, but it was fast enough both of them.

Bike & customer service.

I bought a bike from bikester and it arrived within a week.
BUT, as I'm opening the package i notice it had been opened before. Most notable the package containing the pedals was broken up.
The front wheel of the bike was terribly crooked.

I called customer service that was supposed to be open 10-12, 13-16. Each time i called i got the voicemail that they're closed. Finally came through and was greeted by this snobbish guy who refused to open the case i sent in and understand the issue, got angry and started yelling that i should follow the steps on the website and the responsetime is THREE weeks. Completely worthless customer service.

2 days later i called again hoping to speak to someone sensible and was greeted by another customer service agent and she was extremely helpful. Everything worked out. The bike was sent back and no further issues.

Bought two locks that worked fine also.

I would not recommend bikester for anything fragile or larger than a handheld package.

Worst online shop

Worst online shopping experience ever!
I ordered 3 bikes in one order and there were issues with all of them! One of them was assembled in a wrong way so when you turn the pedals the rear wheel did not move, another one had a defective pedal so it broke a connecting rod, and the last one had problems with a front brake. 3 weeks has passed from the order date but none of the problems has been solved. In addition, they lost the bike that I sent back to them. So right now I have two broken bikes and one lost bike. Nice purchase!
And they just hang up when I try to find out where is the bike that should have been delivered back to them. Because “you talked to another manager who is sick now, wait until she comes back”.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service and really slow return handling. They gone from decent to bad. They can't even send a pre-printed returns label. But I guess when you get big you can care less, and that in general a lot bike shops are crappy. Anyways I will be looking at other places and service before using Bikester again and will only use if no other option is available.

Terrible customer service

Don't buy from Bikester!  The worst customer service you can imagine.

I bought a pair of running shoes that developed a huge hole in the sole. I believe it was a problem with the product. I sent a picture of the hole and requested a refund. The response I got was "There is no problem with the product." That was it. I requested an explanation which was similarly short. That is, the problem must have been caused by me and not the product. This conclusion was drawn without even examining the actual product.  

I continually tried to get Bikester to let me send the product in to be examined. I also sent them an explanation as to why I felt it was a faulty product. The response to my request was there will be no return. That was it. The decision was made based on one photo. There was no direct response to my explanation for why the shoes may have developed the hole and no effort by Bikester to actually examine the shoes. It felt like they had made their minds up from the start. 

It very well may be the case that I am wrong and Bikester is right about the shoes. My issue and decision to post this review has to do with how Bikester refused to even examine the shoes. To me it felt there was an arrogance and assumption that the customer is wrong and Bikester is right. All they had to do was examine the shoes. 

If you value customer service and want to support companies that value YOU shop elsewhere!

Watch out if you want support with parts for your bike bought at Bikester

Everything works great as long as you keep on ordering and ordering, really fast delivery time and fast no fuss returns if that is ever needed.
However they do not take ownership of their sales. When a part broke on my Focus bike that I bought at Bikester, they did not at first want to help out, but instead referred to an American page with parts(for a Bike that is sold by a German brand) that did not even have the part. After complaining about this, they now claim they might give it a try, but states it will take weeks and weeks for different parts of their organisation to make this order. This sounds more like they are trying to get away from being a responsible bicycle dealer.

Nothing to complain about, considering the current circumstances!

I've ordered from them 3 times the last month, and 2 of the orders have been flawless and I received both within 3 working days even though they were shipped from Germany to Sweden.

The third order (the only one with a bike) I still haven't received, but it has not yet gone over the 14 working days maximum delivery time either (currently 10 working days, ordered on the 13th of May).

While their support is slow to respond (and they currently can't take calls), they have been very helpful once I've received responses.

I think it's wrong to blame them during these circumstances, and to me it seems like they're doing the best they can. The people giving low ratings due to delays should probably be ignored, as they should have known what they were getting into when ordering since it states longer delivery times on their site.

Lack of respect for customers!

For a company that sells online it's of paramount importance to respect customers and build trust.
I do consider a scam receiving a product that has damages, quite presumably from a previous client's return (or a bad bike mechanic?).

I bought two CUBE AIM MTB, from the Swedish website.
One has arrived within 7 days, brand new and in perfect condition. The second one has arrived after 14 days with the handlebar and the seat post damaged.
The handlebar has been clearly squeezed and deformed. This is a kind of damage that cannot occur during the shipment.
Same goes for the seat post that has scratches and a deformed tube, so it doesn't move smoothly when the clamp is released.

Someone has delivered a product that is clearly not new, maybe hoping for a distracted or inexperienced customer?

Very annoying attitude.
You should ship BRAND NEW products only!
