- they don’t try to sell you just the most expensive bike (obviously they earn on repairs but that’s fair; keep in mind that people have to live of something)

I do not recommend to buy products at this store: Bike Total Samplonius, Alphen aan den Rijn. They are only friendly until you have problem with the product.
Outrageous, super unfriendly behavior, shame on Bike Totaal that such people work for them and that they treat their customers this way.
This purchase and the treatment was a huge disappointment.
Do a favor for yourself, avoid the place at all cost!

I purchased my bike from Lexmond because they had the colour of bike I wanted but before buying I confirmed twice from them if I can do the servicing from Bike Totaal Almere since I live in Almere and they confirmed all the time that I can do my servicing from there but now when it's time to do my first servicing they are denying it and mentioned that I only can do the service in Lexmond and not in Almere.

No one is ready to help as well

Bought an expensive bike from Bike Totaal and then moved to another area, phoned up asking if I can get my maintenance package that came with the bike done by another Bike Totaal that is in my new area, and was told simply no, I was expected to take the bike back to the same Bike totaal shop. I emailed the head office stating that I thought this was lousy service and this meant me having to catch several trains and buses to do this, but even they can't be bothered providing me with an explanation as to why, or understand that this is simply not good service to the customer. They just emailed me a sarcastic email in response. Won't buy from Bike Totaal again.
