Poor customer service and hard to cancel membership (monthly fee)

My account was not working when I wanted to order and with customer service being slow, I decided to create a new account. The new one was not blocked but not working either, because you can't have two accounts at the same address. When my product arrived I canceled my account and thought I would slip for the monthly fee but maybe the other non-working account still existed. Something went wrong and the monthly fee got deducted and customer services refuses to return the fee, although with all the back and forth they could see that it was due to their mishandling.

Really watch out trading with Bilablau and I advise not to use them at all. I was aware of their terms and conditions and still got trapped.

Unsubscriving

I bought one thing last november 2017, and without knowing I have mad some kind of subscription that costs 12€/month. In this moment I am trying to unsubscrive and I was directed to some web page where the only thing I could select i was some kind of gift ... I clicked one to see if than I could unsubscrive and after that ... "You have used Your free product offer. You'll be able to unsubscribe on date: 01.05.2018.".

It must be some king of a joke ...

Fula knep, dålig service, ohjälpsam supportpersonal

Om du endast vill beställa en gång så hitta en annan sida istället!! Dammsugaren jag köpte var ok för det priset men
Detta företag använder ett väldigt väldigt fult knep för att tvinga kunder som bara vill köpa en sak att bli kvar som betalande medlemar!! Det går INTE att ta bort sitt medlemsskap utan att först ” få en gåva” alltså en gratis vara, jag var inte intresserad av det utan ville bara säga upp det inom 14 dagars prov perioden som nu blev ett abonnemang som jag nu MÅSTE betala minst 1 månad till eftersom det tydligen är omöjligt för detta företag att stoppa sina egna leveranser... Riktigt dåligt!!

FAULSE website. Do not buy and trust them.

Same story as for all unsatisfied customers:
I have bought 1 item and was automaticaly subcribed for membership for 12 eur/month. I have noticed that only after 4 months- the website answer was thatI was clearly written and they can not give money back.

Tricky website! They gain money not from purchasing but from buyers which trust this website and dont read carefully manual.

Scandal

Scandal, When you purchase an item you autmatically get 14 days free membership after which you are automatically charged 129 SEK even if you do not use their services and you can not cancel it before you have received your item.

Then they send the item to wrong location I think it is a tactic so it take longer than 14 and you pay membership charges.

Finally when you chat them to fix the issue they inform you it is not possible and close the chat session.

when you want to cancel subscription they launch new window with "free gifts" and if you press on one you cannot cancel subscription for 1 month because you ordered "free" gift, and you pay 89kr/month. tricky website, i dont think this should be even legal

Hidden fees and shady memberships. Do NOT use this retailer!

If you want products that no retailer with respect for himself wouldn't sell, this is the place you go to. It's basically Wish with shipment included in the price.

I bought a product and was shadily dragged into a membership - no checkboxes, no pop-ups, no "join today and get this and that" push-notifications. Nothing. Then to get out of my apparent subscription to their membersclub, I either had to sit through a several minutes-long video, or click ANYWHERE else on the webpage to instantly order another product "Free of charge", without my consent.

I can't even deny the order, and after contacting customer service I was told that it was ''illegal'' for the rep to cancel my subscription. What SHOULD be illegal is pushing a membership down customers throats, then forcing them to stay with you another month when they try to cancel their subscription.

This is a scam. No two ways about it.

It's also pretty funny how they've managed to keep their Thrustpilot ratings 'up' by writing their own one-sentence reviews. It's appaling to say the least.

FRAUD

FRAUD

- first of all they didnt deliver full order. They made partial delivery in 3 weeks i/o few days. and still not all have been delivered. In short -they broke the purchase agreemet.

- started charging me 129 sek / month without my approval.
Now they made info statement on 129 sek monthly fee more visible on the webpage. Earlier Oct-Nov 2017 info on monthly charge was not indicated clear at all and i was not informed that i am actually doing a subscription.

they owe me 3 months "subscription" fee - 387 SEK
Monday i'm going straight to the police.

Stop buying from Bilablau.se

When you buy a product from Bilablau and accept the terms, you are automatically accepting to become a member. This means they will charge your credit card 129kr.

Jag köpte några Japanese Colored Hair Wax från Bilablau.se och fick automat medlemskap. jag blir medlem hos dem utan att veta nånting om det. de tog mina pengar 129kr varje månad.

Yes....it's a total scam! Do NOT buy anything from this place ever.

Ordered an item with 2 -5 days …

Ordered an item with 2 -5 days delivering.. the 27 jan 2018.. it was send the 2 feb 2018, got it today 8 feb 2018... 12 days... and i had to write and ask why the to item send after 4 days when it say 2 to 5 days delivery...

But here 12 days after the Lamp is here Safe and sound.. works and im glad... and got decent service at help and complains at Bilablau..

The tracking systems is broken, have link for tracking to a other firm then they send it with but but the mail told me what firm instead..

i told them to cancel my member ship before it would charge me.. and they did.. it seems... all in all OKAY but not much more.. :)

I odered a zipper repairset

I odered a zipper repairset. It took forever to come, and when i got it it was absolutely useless. The part i mounted on the zipper broke immidiatly after i had mounted it. Further after some time i Realized, That Bilablau draw mony every month from the credit card i used to pay for the stuf. That is they signed me up for a subscription without me knowing. So be very careful with this company, they try to fool you and steel your money
